So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! We had the best experience with the MCClarty team. The service department and sales were both genuine and looked out for our best interest. We drove our 2015 Mazda CX-9 (never had a problem with it) from FL to AR and it started making noise in the engine area after we arrived. Long story short, the engine needed to be replaced so we opted to buy a new 2021 Mazda CX-9. Carbon edition. The team at McClarty was excellent!
