Knowledgeable, friendly staff…the only thing I noticed was that there is now a fee $999 when it used to be free for doing your job of titling etc.

My VW Golf required replacement of the side view mirror on the passenger side. I had no difficulty making the appointment. My service rep, Daniel Simmons, kept me informed while my car was being repaired. Check in and check out were all done well.

2013 Beetle, stretched timing chain, 82,000 miles, $3600 job turned out was covered under warranty. Took them 3 weeks, it's a big job, lots of parts and labor intensive. That car runs as if it were brand new. We are pleased.

In for 50K check,a little early,but going on road trip. Everything....tire rotation, oil change,cabin filter replacement and all fluids checked and topped off. I am in the best of hands with Casey and Mike,my service advisor. Now I can enjoy my road trip!!!

FANTASTIC experience at Casey VW! Make sure you ask for Jason Rowley if you go. He was the best salesman I have ever worked with. From start to finish, Jason made our experience extraordinary. Very laid back, no pressure, very knowledgeable. It felt like we had brought a friend with us to the lot to help us pick out a car. Talked to Nick Rios first which was good, but I was short on time that day. He not there day I came back, so I went on a test drive with Phil Watters, both were excellent. Gabby Alfieri sealed the deal with her professionalism & friendliness. All three are Superstars.
