I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Every consumer despises the smarmy, pushy, only after the buck salesman. You know the type! I made the call to look at a used car and, lucky for me, Byram answered the phone. He was enthusiastic, told me he would have the car ready, and sounded friendly and professional. Though I was suspect, after so many awful experiences with salesman, Byram was knowledgeable, sincere, thoughtful, and and added bonus, had a great sense of humor. Byram answered all my texts with alacrity and honesty. He worked with me through the entire process. It is singularly, because of Byram, that the purchase of my new (used) car was a time for joy, not for a time in feeling that I was getting suckered. LOVE Langan VW because of their salespeople !!! I Ben driving my Taos for 2 years plus 3 months to be exactly so fall every is going great take out the state for a long trip super economy and smooth driving comfortable no issues so fall I loved it

Love everything about this car. Technology easy to use. Visibility great and very spacious for a smaller SUV. Great gas mileage and plenty of pickup when merging into traffic.
