I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

I was in the service area just Wednesday for a recall issue, along with some things I needed addressed. Kier was the service advisor (great as always) and Donte’ was the technician. These guys always do a wonderful job with information and addressing your needs. I feel confident with the information passed during the assessment of my concerns, as well as the workmanship at the completion of the work. Again, I’ve had Kier as a service advisor of more than one occasion and at each visit, I received timely calls about my Ram 1500 and any issues, which relieves anxiety associated with repairs. Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

I really liked this car, the car is easy to control, accelerates quickly when compared with others. Comfortable and plenty of space inside. I moved from a KIA sedan, and I can say that you get used to the dimensions of the car very easily and quickly. And compared to the KIA, the build quality of the car is felt, and that it is made of metal.

I am compelled to provide a 4-star rating for this dealership due to several factors. Firstly, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Birtch, both of whom demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication in accommodating our requirements. However, it was not until the next day that a somewhat reasonable offer was presented, which unfortunately came too late as we had already committed to purchasing a vehicle from an alternative dealership. The primary concern with Route 46 Nissan lies in the presence of additional fees that are not readily apparent and are not disclosed in the original posting on cars.com. These undisclosed charges can be perceived as misleading and can potentially impact the customer's decision-making process. Despite this issue, I must acknowledge the efforts of Mr. George Mack, who made every attempt to waive some of these additional fees, which I genuinely appreciated. In conclusion, if I were to consider purchasing another vehicle from this establishment in the future, I would exclusively engage with Mr. George Mack, based on his exceptional customer service and commitment to addressing customer concerns.

We wanted a Audi Q3 but all the dealers in the state had only loaded models. Being in our 70's, we weren't interested in technology, appearance, performance, or off-road add-on packages. The Tiguan SEL-R has all the features we want that a Q3 Premium Plus has. Sure, the Tiguan won't match the Q3's performance or looks. but it is close enough. And it has more interior room than a Q5.

Just imagine you are about and hour and a half away from your house and the unexpected occurs. Your car is struck and disable. You find the nearest Volkswagon dealer and hope for the best. On this occasion I did find the best. Joe Heidt Motors offered me a service experience that was amazing. They immediately evaluated my car and determined that I was not able to drive it home. Then they offer me an loaner so I could get home to my child. Explained the process and started working on solving the issues on my car. One of the best parts of this experience is that I was always greeted with a smile and a very patient and understanding staff . Within reasonable amount of time they repaired my car, even with Covid obstacles in place, and returned my car in great working order. All I can say is thank you and my complements to Sarah and all the team at Joe Heidt Motors.
