Easy process from start to finish! Salesman was amazing, flexible and was able to get me at a pit ice point that I was comfortable with!

This van met our needs. Specifically, we needed the larger back seats for older kids and adult riders. The back seat is a bit too tilted back. The middle row captains chairs are about the size of the main driver and passenger seats, and that's why we wanted the Routan. They are too big to fold into the floor, and that's just fine. We had an earlier Chrysler T&C, and those seats are flimsy. After 40K miles, no problems. We switched to our local Chrysler Dodge dealer for service, as the Volkswagen Dealer service was poor at best. We always hit around 28 MPG on road trips. About 17 -18 MPG in town. No complaints here.

It is highly in demand in parts of New England and the Pacific Northwest with an active enthusiast community, and it's best for road trips or hauling large items. The back folds down comfortably to a bed, and you can even keep the folding table out and level with a little adjustment. You could literally live in this car, as long as you had a place to use the bathroom. The thoughtful, efficient, and practical German design of this vehicle continues to make this van functional with minimal upkeep for probably 300K or 400K miles and maybe 30 years, as even older versions of this van (e.g. Little Miss Sunshine van) are still on the road. The VW Routan is a very reliable family van with a really great look. Very comfortable riding and pleasant to drive. Very good in fuel efficiency and the on board entertainment features(like 3 screens DVD players) are awesome.

I purchased my van over 10.5 years ago and it had 14k on it. Its now has 167k miles and still working fine. Had to replace the trans, engine mounts (2 times), and a couple of other things - I think I have spent about $6.5k since I purchased it. But over all it has been a great family van. The backup camera has stopped working consistently and the front seats are waren but other than that it’s great. It’s now time to replace it as I’m having trouble getting it to pass its smog but overall it’s been a great car and would recommend - drives great

Well made. No corners were cut by VW when they made these vans, but with good quality comes a higher price and they could not compete with the cheaper Dodge Caravans, et al. Check out a 20 year old one of these now compared toa 20 year old Eurovan.

I have now owned my Routan for 3 weeks and I absolutely love it. It is comfortable, has all the gadgets but not a ton of them to overwhelm you. Great gas mileage and rides smooth. I am so satisfied and pleased with my purchase.

I bought my 2012 Volkswagen Routon SE used from a personal owner. After doing a Carfax I find out that it had been in the hands of at least four maybe five dealerships. The reason it was traded in so many times due to the check engine light coming on and going off but not really having any problems. But I don’t care about that light. I’ve driven the van maybe 20,000 miles and now has just over 90,000 and there has been no problems. The ride is a little stiff maybe it’s because there’s too much air in the tires, but it’s dependable, I’m impressed. But I do not like the cheap gauges and the plastic handles. But one that makes these vans different that Town and country Inn grand caravans is the plastic frame alongside the seat. It’s lower and less aft to break. I’m a heavy guy and I really like that. And the seating for the driver is really great. My van is a 2012 and this is 2022 and I mean every little feature works on the video. I couldn’t be more happy with it if I had to. And it’s a metal flake black with different colors in it and brown interior. My late mother bought a 2012 Chrysler and Country new, and I bought a 2017 Grand Caravan GT. They are providing that computer is right in the dash the Volkswagen gets substantial amount of better fuel mileage. The interior is a little cheap but one can live with that. Now that it’s getting a little older you can hear the windows in the doors making a slight noise as if they’re loose when I go up and down. Typical wear. But it’s garaged kept and often cleaned, Maybe it will outlast me! I’m a proud owner

I love my Routan I don’t think I’ll ever own another kind of vehicle. It’s comfy, has every feature I wanted and looked for and my little girls absolutely love it to. The only thing I wish it had and it still might km still learning the features, is away to use my phone over the speakers and the kids dvd still Have sound. Best car I have ever owned.

Volkswagen Van is quite noisy and also expensive. Engine make noise like rumble. I do not like sound van make, but is ok in every other way. Hit 200,000 miles and still work good. Engine noise bother me. Only other problem is head light no work anymore so I have to fix.

We found Andy when driving a 2003 Jetta TDI for work. He has worked on our cars ever since. We have purchased 2 cars from Import Auto. I recommend Import Auto for repair or purchase. You will find quality honest people.

The VW vans have always been unique, capturing there own spot in the van category. The later Eurovans were a big improvement over older Euros. The MVs, one of which I am reviewing here, is very versatile, going from a short term camper to a van with the capacity of a much larger vehicle once the rear seat is removed. In between these 2 configurations it is simple to remove just the rear mattress and it's support and have a goodly amount of storage space. The van handles better than any other van, has decent power and decent fuel economy for a 2 ton, high profile vehicle. As with most European vehicles it is important to keep up with the proper maintenance schedule or you will be looking at some hefty repair bills.

Great vehicle purchased for my daughter and he worked with her budget. He offered us a warranty with the vehicle as well and we added to it and it was affordable. Go see Matt as he’ll treat you right.

This minivan is reliable, has a strong motor, performs well and has a lot of safety features. The seats and the console are cheaply made!

Checks all the boxes. A must-have vehicle for business and pleasure. Fits the whole family and is a ton of fun to drive. Can seat 7 people and handles a 4 x 8-ft. sheet of building material in the back. A winner!

Overall it was a very good experience. Ty, the agent was very helpful getting me into good deal on a car. Only down side, he was handling way more with me and other customers as he seemingly was always short on help. Would buy my next car there

We have two children. This vehicle has an extra middle seat so each child could take a friend camping. Kids stayed in yurts while the parents slept like kings in the soft pop up camper. Such fun. We never used the camping equipment so it is all like a brand new vehicle. 6 people can easily camp with two in the camper. I almost hate to sell it but the kids have outgrown camping now. This vehicle gave us so many great family memories, and has hundreds of thousands of miles left for someone else to enjoy.

Andy and his team are beyond helpful, upfront and willing to work with us to get the vehicel we needed and to fix any issues. I had just gotten home after nearlyt 4 years overseas and needed a vehicle. We stopped at the lot after returning a jeep we bought from Ford which broke down the same day....he helped me get the vehicel I wanted and to ensure there were no hidden issues or trouble codes erased to hide faults (like the FORD dealer had done). I will always go to him for vehicles from this point on and he is trustworthy, helpful and his team are great.

Plenty room. Comfortable. gas saver. Good for a family. A lot of stuff inside. I like it. one thing if you gonna put a hitch it's pretty low.

This car will take 4 people and 4 dogs with luggage in plenty of comfort. The ride is smooth and it sits up nice and high. adjustable from the rear air and heat keeps everyone comfortable. Unique as there are so few of them on the road.

The true multivan, the go anywhere and do anything van. This is my second Eurovan MV, everyone should have the experience owning one of these vehicles
