I took my XC60 Recharge in for it annual maintenance and explained I was having trouble with the heater in the pure drive mode. Just said he knew what the problem was and would take a look. the 2022 car was still under warranty and they were able to replace the parts and fix the problem as well as do the annual maintenance. The actual bill was 80 percent higher than the estimate due to a 200 dollar add on for “diagnose issue”. The passage seat motor was not working what is there to diagnose? Otherwise - service was great and everyone was very responsive.
