So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! I have always been pleased with the service advice CHRIS SINCLAIR has provided me for my xc-90 and s-60 volvos. He is detailed and explains any potential service problems that may arise. I value his advice and the personal care/details he provides. The new appointment system allows me to wait for my car, as opposed to drop off and pickups. The waiting area is first class with coffee. The staff there were very helpful with my questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in. They even offered to pick me up at the airport (Chicago O'Hare) if I decided to fly in to purchase and pick up the vehicle.

I can’t say enough on Ashley’s-outstanding service. I never had used my GPS built into the car because I didn’t know how to. Ashley took the time to teach me. Didn’t let me leave until I was comfortable using it. She was kind, knew her stuff and now I can use the GPS in the car NOT MY CELL.
