My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!

I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. Great car with a lot of standard Volvo features that cost extra on other luxury brands. We’ve had this model for a few years and bought the extended warranty however we never needed it. These cars are built in Sweden and typically - like ours - only need regular maintenance. A safe choice and one we are glad we made.

I love the car except for the seat settings. Being short I accidentally edit those every time I exit the car. Also, the pedals don?t adjust forward, so I had blocks put onto the pedals and left foot rest Service staff is inconsiderate and unresponsive

I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Wonderful Experience!! They don't add an additional 1-2% percentage like the big dealerships do onto the interest rate, utilizing local credit unions for financing. Lower dealership fee than anyone around and offered more for my trade in than any other dealership from Longmont to Colorado Springs would give me. The buying experience didn't take hours of haggling, in and out satisfied we were getting a good deal. I love my new/used vehicle!

dash and electronics are great. driver assist tech saved my life the other day as I returned from Europe and hadn't slept for 24 hours. The car shakes the steering wheel if you're not staying in the lane. Then, tells you to pull over and get some coffee. A smidge too much reliant on the turbo. Not big on the turbo delay thing. It is what it is.
