Used 2022 Volvo V60 Cross Country for sale near Charlotte, NC

First time even inquiring about leasing a new car so I was very nervous and unexpected of the process being so short but Gillian Barnes messaged me, she stayed in contact with me, gave me specs and recs and I just couldn't have asked for a better individual to help me through this. The entire team was so friendly and went above and beyond to not only find something in my price range, but get me the best deal and coverage on it! I wanted the TLX, not knowing that there was something more affordable, I thought I wouldn't be able to begin financing for a few more months when I saved enough money for a down payment but Gillian found me this sweet ILX while a compact car was just candy for my eyes and I immediately knew this would be it. After coming in to view it and sit in it I was ready to start the process. Due to work it took maybe 3 days before I could come in to finish paper work and what not but the car was all ready for me all the information was printed and explained, highlighted you name it! A very knowledgeable person called and gave me an update on the car that I had been looking at that same day. Thought I was not ready to buy it was a great deal of professional advice and I was just thankful that the call was made.

My family and I needed new vehicles and we narrowed it down to either Audi, Lexus, or Volvo. We have 2 kids so we needed something safe, comfortable, and reliable but not sacrificing luxury either. We test drove each brand and talked to their sales team. Lexus was okay. Audi did not disappoint but the car felt a little uncomfortable and outdated. Volvo, however, we were blown away! We worked with Jeana and Kevin. Each created a relaxing atmosphere that you don’t really feel with other dealerships. They treated our children well too! They had little coloring books and snacks. As far the deals they have: second to none. We feel like the price was fair and everything was explained to us, not sold to us. We had so many questions and Kevin would basically give you a straight answer. No fluff, no extra BS. Buying a car is heavy work. It takes a lot of your time and a lot of your hard earned money. If you’re going to spend money on something, make sure you spend it WITH the right people. Kevin targeted deals that fit exactly what we needed. We feel like we get the best deal out of the 3 brands because the service was top notch. Our cars are dope. Couldn’t be happier!

From the very first visit, my Experience was exemplary. Justin was a fantastic person to work with easy-going. No pressure. Sales manager was also great. Same with the finance manager. Even the GM stopped in to say hi so far two weeks and the car is fantastic. I’m very happy I went with Volvo.

Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.

The response time was really fast, I had received an email back within an hour. I was actually surprised how quick they had contacted me about my inquiry and I would recommend them to a friend

Our car is excellent and fit our needs perfectly. Great service, fair price, and we found the service people professional, friendly and extremely well trained. When we are ready we will return to purchase our next quality pre-owned vehicle.

As a long-time customer, I've seen this entity improve substantially under it's relatively new management. My most recent service visit (scheduled annual maintenance) was particularly gratifying. Antonio has handled me in the past, and he made me feel as if he knew me personally, even though it's been a year since we last interacted. He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.

My transmission was going out and they helped me get into a reliable car that I felt safe in. They also gave me the most for my trade in.

Bought our car less than a year ago and we are so happy with our XC60. Had our first oil change and I am so happy with their service. Lyndsey was amazing, the service team was fast and efficient. Oil change and alignment and I was out in an hour and a half! I was blown away, I had freed up my whole day unnecessarily. Five stars!

The salesman and sales manager were informative, cooperative, and quick to reply by email and phone. We were able to complete a deal quickly.

Today I bought a car from Thomas Fluge. He is the most knowlegable salesman I've ever met. He was able to talk me into buying a car without pressuring me into it. I will always go back to him and make sure I refer him to all of my friends. I am now a Corwin customer for life thanks to Thomas.

At a different Volvo dealership, my car was sitting waiting for service from the 13th. Prestige Volvo kept giving me extended wait times despite me calling to get a rough lead time before getting my car towed there. On the 29th I ran out of patience. Smythe and a few other Volvo dealerships have told me that they can see it on the same day or next if I get it towed there. I've had a good experience at Smythe with my old 99 S80, so I chose them. My car was seen the same day. The difference in service was night and day. I received a digital sign off on the work to be done, along with a video of things to look out for. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile, I would probably still be waiting around for my car to be seen at the other dealership. I don't know what their issue was, and it no longer matters. I won't be back there ever. Thanks to everyone at Smythe!

I am extremely happy with the maintenance service and the sales department especially Mr Stacy Hopson. I have bring leasing my cars ever since 2016 and I have been very satisfied satisfied with the entire dealership.

I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. He was quick to respond to e-mail and texts, he got the parts in, and he promptly shipped them out. When he did ship them out, he sent an e-mail with the tracking number. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC40 on 04/17/2023 from Volvo Cars Manhattan with the help of Mr. Eric Mitchell. The experience was truly amazing! Mr. Mitchell was not aggressive in trying to make a sale unlike so many other dealerships. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable in the vehicles Volvo Manufactures. Beautiful dealership inside and out. Large selection of cars. Our salesman, Jackson Holtzman, was great! He was professional, polite, friendly and a good listener. We never felt rushed or pressured. After buying our new car, Corey Cross, the Product Specialist , spent about an hour or so going over all the amazing features of this car. Corey also did a great job!
