Viti Volvo is the best! I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant Matt Meyer, who made every step of buying a new car easy and even enjoyable. I’m an older woman and my paperwork was not in perfect shape to say the least (my registration on my trade-in car had expired!). Matt rose to the occasion and was online doing his magic to make my old car legal again, and readily proceeded with getting me discounts. While showing me my new car, he was patient and made sure I was comfortable with every part of my new Mild Hybrid XC40 SUV (and in my favorite color). I also had positive interactions with other staff, including Jason Smigel, who was a great help explaining maintenance programs. This is an excellent dealership that cares about its customers and takes pride in providing the best service possible.

I can’t say enough good things about my buying experience at Viti Volvo. I was interested in a specific pre-owned vehicle and was very happy with it once I saw it in-person. Viti took the time to make sure that the vehicle was in pristine condition. My sales consultant, Lou Dutra, was excellent and made the process easy to navigate with helpful information and a no pressure experience. I appreciate the ease of finalizing my purchase with Jason, who had everything organized and was very efficient with the financing and paperwork. I drove 40+ miles to see/test drive the car and once again to close the deal, so I was really appreciative of Viti’s delivery service. They dropped the car off right in front of my house and handed me the keys. I have only had the car for 4-5 days and I love it. I would recommend anyone searching for a new/pre-owned car to make a stop at Viti Volvo before making a decision. 5 Stars!

I had been doing research and looking for a specific car for a while. I found the car that I wanted at the Wellesley Volvo dealership and drove out from western MA. I setup the appointment and was introduced to Josh Van Der Weide when I arrived. Josh was very professional and respectful throughout the whole process. Colin A. and team at Volvo in Norwood, MA did a fantastic job with my engine rebuild. The team got me in the queue for the repair as soon as I completed the oil test, topped up my oil every 1000 miles for free for 4 months and gave me a loaner car - nicer than my own - when it was time for my service. My service for my Volvo at Herb Chambers Volvo Cars of Norwood was my first appointment at a Herb Chambers dealership. I was impressed when entering that the lobby presented a clean and pleasant appearance. After I drove my vehicle into the service garage a friendly professional service representative directed me to a customer service representative. The customer service representative immediately pulled my service request for review. It was immediately apparent Mr. Colin A. is very knowledgeable of Volvo automobile technology and repair procedures. Additionally, Mr. A. has excellent client communication; my questions were answered quickly and with a clear, understandably explanation. Later in the day, Mr. Ayers contacted me to recommend that the Volvo's tires be rotated. He, again, explained in detail why he made this recommendation. This is an example of the level of detail inspection that Herb Chambers Volvo conducts when servicing your vehicle.
