Everything went as smooth as butter. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. The finance guy was even very knowledgeable on my 2008 Lexus. They were very patient and nice, made it feel like family rather than a big dealership that just wants to be paid.

This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

Had a minor electrical problem with windows on my S-60. Sean worked as my service agent and was the consummate pro.

After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

From the very first visit, my Experience was exemplary. Justin was a fantastic person to work with easy-going. No pressure. Sales manager was also great. Same with the finance manager. Even the GM stopped in to say hi so far two weeks and the car is fantastic. I’m very happy I went with Volvo.

Love the tech in this car. Maps, adaptive cruise, auto high beam, lane warning, hybrid averaging 31 mpg. Still good power with the turbo. Excellent sound including the Bluetooth.

I have been researching the Ford Mach E for a while when I came across the one listed by Sill-TerHar Motors. I reached out first with questions online and I got them answered promptly by their sales staff and TJ Lavato became my salesman. After asking many questions about the car and how it works to purchase a car online and from a different state, a bit of negotiating and a deal was made. TJ and the dealerships description of the car and what was eventually delivered was very close, a meeting with a mobile notary was set and the purchase was made. This signing was on a Sunday and by the following Sunday, my new used car arrived. TJ and the staff at Sill-TerHar made this an easy purchase and TJ quickly answered all my questions throughout the entire process, I received a temporary Colorado registration until my New Mexico registration arrives so that I can enjoy my Mach E (and I really do) immediately and it is not only fun to drive but a learning experience as well. It is my first real fully electric car and the technology is far more advanced than I am but I am enjoying the challenge. My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

Levi was very patient with us and did not pressure us to buy. We came back a week later and bought a great car with low miles and at a great price.

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

Customer service was top notch. They were willing to deliver the vehicle to me and we very well organized with this process.

We had the best experience ever at a dealership. We both use canes and the doors were opened for us. by a gentleman who was not part of our deal. There is a culture at Sil-Terhar that is customer friendly. the who process went flawlessly.. We love our 2021 Ford Edge. We had the best salesman Bryan Reese.

Attractive styling both exterior and interior (for me). Bought a 2021 T-5 R design with Polestar enhanced performance package. It has been trouble free so far and handles and performs very well for a compact SUV. routine service dept. with Volvo has been excellent. Seats are comfortable and the interior space is surprisingly roomy. It took a little bit to get use to the tech, but I was coming from a Tundra, so it was to be expected. The only thing that is subpar is the Navigation system, but I understand that they have now contracted with google maps to provide this service. AWD makes me not worry about the weather. Terrific all around car!

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.
