Came into the Easterns in Alexandria looking for a SUV. Took a look at a few and finally we found the perfect one for us. All the options we could possibly ask for. I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.

To Kevin with his persistence he got me into the door, to Keith who walked me through the most tedious paper work and answering my layman questions with patience. To Robert who had the patience to walk me thru the car buying process and explaining in DETAIL all the trims on Volvo cars. I had been searching for a manual Volvo S40 for months and FINALLY found one at Lindsay. I had to drive 3 hours to pick the car up, but it was well worth the drive. I was in contact with Kelvin for about 2 weeks before I made the trip. He was always easy to reach and always got me the information that I asked for quickly. When I got to Lindsay, everyone was SO pleasant and the whole process was a breeze. A few days after driving my S40 off the lot I had some issues with my bank and getting them to clear the auto loan check that I had given to Lindsay. While they absolutely could have come after me, they were very understanding and patient with me while I got things figured out with my bank (which did eventually happen). Now, about a month after bringing my car home, I received a text from Kelvin asking me how it's treating me. It's so obvious that Lindsay and it's employees care about their customers and wants the best for them! I would absolutely buy another car from Lindsay, even if it means driving 3 hours there and back! Awesome experience.
It took some time for my spec XC40 to come in, and that whole time Dionte was very helpful and always quick to respond when I would email, call or text inquiries. He is very knowledgeable about Volvo vehicles very attentive to the customer.
It was a pleasure working with Dionte; he is very pleasant and easy to work with! My only constructive feedback is that I was a serious buyer, and I had to reach to Dionte several times to get an update about the ETA of the SUV. Unfortunately, Dionte wasn???t able to provide me with much of an update, just that it was scheduled to arrive any day. My 3 pieces of feedback are: 1) Have a better system in place to be able to see where the car is located vs. that it is in route from xyz location and it is due to arrive any day; that isn???t very helpful for the buyer or the dealership. 2) Feel free to follow-up with a customer more frequently/give them status updates if they say/seem serious about a specific car; this shows that you care/don???t want to lose their business. 3) Be respectful of one another's time (i.e., be on time, give regular/timely updates)
We are so pleased with Volvo purchase experience. Dionte McFadden worked hard to earn our business. While it took us 3 weeks to execute the purchase, Dionte was there to respond quickly to our many email questions or concerns. We would also like to thank Keith in finance for working to get us a great finance package. Lastly, many thanks to GM Danny Krebs for making the whole process easy and enjoyable (yes, enjoyable). Employees like Brenda Green are what keep Ourisman Volkswagen Volvo a thriving business. I have brought three different Volvo's to this service center when they had a team based approach. I used to be on Brenda's "team" and she was wonderful. She not only helps her customers, but has the utmost patience. These employees also help each other, which is necessary in a group environment. When one is frustrated with service, it's important to remember these service centers are large corporate environments, and the employees are doing their best to help their customers.
The service lead Mr. James Martin customer service was excellent. I called my regular Volvo dealership on a Saturday morning to get my passenger door window repaired and was told that I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for next available appointment. What?? I called Ourisman the same morning and was frantic because my window would not go up. Mr. James Martin understood my need to have the window repaired asap and set up an appointment for the same day. I brought my XC90 in and within a few hours including an oil change, I was was driving out a new Ourisman Volvo satisfied customer!

Finding the car you like and want to buy is easy today with all the online resources. Finding the IDEAL car salesperson is not that easy unless you stop by or arrange an appointment with IRIS HARLEY at Volvo Cars Silver Spring. We were fortunate to be introduced to her when we went to look at a car we found online at her dealership. With all the bells and whistles on the cars today it is great to find Iris who knows her Volvo cars inside and out. She gave us great insight into what the car was about and knew what she was talking about. When we went to pick up the car she gave us a thorough introduction and overview of each and every bell and whistle. She gave us all the time we needed to feel comfortable when driving away. If you are in the market for a Volvo, which you should be, this is our fourth, get in touch with Iris and make the car buying issue a smooth and believe it or not, enjoyable process. She is a delight. Her Sales Manager Noah Greaney is also an asset to the dealership. Straight forward and easy to work with. You can tell he has a strong background in the automotive industry with a yes, sense of humor too!!
Great experience for purchasing the car. The obligatory extended service contract and car waxing sales pitch at financing but not too pushy. The dealership is under construction but a new showroom is opening soon. Salesmen Patrick was great to explain the various features of the XC60.
I just can not express how much we are pleased with this dealership. Ted my service advisor is my favorite person who always goes out his way to deliver an excellent customer service.
