Once again the entire team at Faulkner Volvo excelled at every level from start to finish. From my arrival checking in the vehicle and receiving a loaner car free of charge to picking my car up which was washed and vacuumed as usual and receiving a discount on my brakes and also a free state inspection. Quality work performed at a fair and competitive price. FIVE STARS
I did not purchase my car from them, but they have done work on it in the past few years. They still offered me a loaner car and a 10% discount on the repairs. Truely the meaning of customer service! And this is the reason why I drive past 2 other dealers to get to Faulkner. I live a mile away from Cherry Hill Volvo and refuse to go back there after my previous experiences. Everyone at this dealership has been excellent to work with since back in the Burdomy days.
The Volvo dealership was very nice, even though they are a relatively new addition to the Faulkner family of dealers. I found the car on Cars.com, and the staff at Faulkner were very responsive to my inquiries, as well as extremely easy to deal with. I came away with a great Certified Pre-Owned Volvo, and it ended up being a great deal as well. They even offered to correct a few items on the car, even though it was used! If my experience is anything to base things on, I would highly recommend them.
I've bought cars from several brands and dealerships, and this was certainly the best all-around experience. James and the rest of the team members were kind, helpful, efficient, and not overly salesy, which I very much appreciated. They model excellent customer service and made the process a really pleasant one. I'd be happy to do a deal there again, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.

As a family, we have been doing business with Princeton Volvo for over 20 years. Some cars we have bought outright and the rest leased. You will not find a more enjoyable experience when purchasing-leasing a Volvo or having it serviced by Princeton. The Long family knows there friends very well, I use the term friend because that is how you are treated. When it comes from the first purchase or lease or routine service. I have moved away from the area several times and was never really happy with the service my Volvo's from other dealerships. It's always a pleasure to come back to my home dealership for a service appointment or just a drop hello.
It was very helpful for the team,to help me with the search for the right color and model I wanted. They helped me understand how the xc90 works. They loaned me a car while they were searching and locating the right vehicle for me,
My experience from beginning to current has been nearly one year and has exceeded my expectations, which is extremely high. Colby Whipple, my salesperson, has indeed gone the extra mile, from delivering test cars to my home on many occasions, to promptly answering every question I have had to date and helping me decide on which model trim, etc. As I can be very detail oriented, this is the first time in owning/leasing over 21 cars that I have found such a caring and knowledgeable individual. He is truly an asset to me!!!
Michelle is easy and lovely to work with. She has been my go to person at Volvo and makes the car leasing experience, quick, easy and flawless. This is my 8th Volvo which speaks volumes about the car, the dealership and the professionalism of the staff.
I purchased a used vehicle from Wynn VW this past weekend. The entire process was seamless. Mac met me for a test drive and was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would say I spent a total of 1.5 hours at the dealership between the test drive, going over the paperwork, and signing the paperwork. Rob, the finance guy was great too! Super friendly. I had my 4 month old daughter with me so he understood my need to be in and out as fast as possible. I have purchased cars from other dealers in the past and spent HOURS if not a whole day trying to close the deal. This was not the case. Highly recommend Mac and the rest of the staff at Wynn!
Kel helped me purchase a 2011 Jetta SE on Saturday - the entire experience was wonderful. The car was a great value and the sales process was low key and very helpful. I took the car home later on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on as soon as I got it home and the car started to drive terribly. I was disappointed and upset to say the least. I sent Kel a couple of distress emails and expected that I might have a major hassle on my hands. I was wrong. Kel called me at 9:11 am on Monday morning and was very concerned - he had me bring the car right in. I did and Mark Svenkeson took a look at it and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. No charge! Wow!! This is a company that stands behind their products. This is what a dealership should be.
