The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

What a deal. Bought a 21 Challenger Scat Pack lowest price in country by thousands! Car was in mint condition, they were fast efficient and honest!The trade in process was simple gave me top dollar for my trade even though they gave me smoking deal on car! Bob is the best thank you and good luck!

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! This is my first experience buying a Volvo. Even though we didn’t buy new and bought preowned, I was very impressed with how thorough the team was, and how they paid so much attention to detail. TJ was our sales consultant and listened to my needs and my budget. He was so thorough giving information and patient with us but not pushy. Keith spent lots of time showing us all the different features, which were many on our xc60 Volvo. I really appreciated that because there were so many features that without this hands on tutorial many features would have been unused. Drew did our final paperwork and was very professional and listened to our needs. Overall a very good and impressive first experience with Volvo.

I purchased a new 2022 Polestar EV from the Volvo/Polestar store in December 2021. I am very happy with the purchase and the performance of the vehicle over the 31 months of ownership. I'm writing today because of the exemplary service department at the store. Several weeks ago I had an issue with the 220V charging cable for the EV. Since I'm a customer located in Sarasota, I sent a photo of the cable issue to my service advisor and was contacted recently by him, Ken Salos, and Ken checked for inventory on the item and advised that I could come to the store and swap out the soon to be defective cable. He made the offer so easy to accomplish and I always enjoy a drive to that area because of so many great food offerings. I drove there yesterday, arrived and Ken came walking out from the Service office to meet me even before I exited the car. In less than 30 minutes he had placed the new cable in my car and I was on my way to St. Petersburg for a great lunch. Thank you Ken for your friendly manner of conducting business. It remains that people like you can help maintain a positive and satisfying relationship with your customers.

This was hands down the BEST car-buying experience of my life. And this place is an EV paradise. I found the dealership through a web search on Wednesday. I saved a few vehicles, got prequalified, then Danny called me to check interest on the Hyundai Kona EV on Thursday that I tagged. I told him I wanted to check that, as well as a Polestar 2 and maybe a VW ID.4. He had them all ready when I arrived Friday after work. Stephanie got my loan processed with just my signature, paystubs and bank statements. I was signed and out the door in less than an hour of paperwork initiation. They have a ton of almost super-low mileage vehicles—like less than 1,000 miles. And for thousands less than the new car dealership.

Findlay display a rare quality in a dealership of being straightforward from the start. They worked with us and developed a fair price with no stress or aggravation and minimal back and forth. Ultimately, we went with a local dealer to save a 1200 mile trip to/from Findlay but I really wanted to do business with them. We spoke with Fred and his manager Lekki and found both to be honest and upfront on the negotiation.

I made a little bit of drive because I was not getting the same level of care from my local volvo dealership, and I will make the drive again as a repeat customer at Smother's! A week after I leased the vehicle, I even noticed that a small sensor cap and tow hook cap were both missing from the front of my vehicle. I contacted Ron and within minutes, he ordered me new covers, will have them painted, and is shipping them to me! That is incredible service. Thank you!!!!!!
