Called that morning, was viewing the car that afternoon...he followed up with a no-pressure call and I owned the car the next day! Chris Adams helped me to get my backup camera working again when backing up by telling me how to reset my camera . Chris saved me a service appt and money. I recently obtain a complete set of 20 inch rims and tires from this dealership for my 2022 XC60. I wanted to downgrade from my 21 inch rims. When my tire installer tried to mount the new rims he couldn't. I went back to this dealership to see what they could do. Turns out Volvo had over painted the rims and Mike informed me that he would have a technician remove the excess paint and mount the tire for me. I was very happy that Smythe Volve stepped up to the plate and took care of me. I highly recommend them.

Really great experience with getting my Volvo looked at. I was seeing a bunch of errors on my display about the cameras, active headlamp, and warning systems not working and brought it in for inspection/repair. The service rep (Minh) was super super helpful and knowledgeable. He found the Tech Journal relating to the issues I was having, and was very persistent resetting the ADSM module(s) until they completed, then ensured everything was functioning back to normal. He also was very patient with me when setting up my Uber ride to pick up my car (text message was not showing up, so he kept re-trying and also sending test messages from his phone to troubleshoot)
