On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Found my truck online and called Mark with some questions. I have bought cars out of state previously, and was willing to do so again for the right car and deal. Online scheduling, great. Mike reviewed my visit when I dropped the car off. Suggested exactly what service I needed. Mechanic on top of the work. Caught a motor mount going bad along with the requested work. He sent a video that showed the failing mount. Plus the very low cooling fluid. Nice to see the visual problems. Every thing done as requested. Great dealership. Can not think of going anywhere else. Mike explained what I would need at next visit time.

This is the first time I have ever received a video of the work being done on my car with a complete explanation of all steps!
