I really appreciate the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of the work performed. The only downside is the wait times, even having to leave the car for multiple hours for a simple inspection with wiper change. Sami Dawood was an excellent representative who was extremely helpful in getting the tires at the sale price that Infiniti was offering and made sure I would get the deal. I truly appreciated the extra time and effort he put into making sure I was completely satisfied.

This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

Ken at Manheim Imports was such a pleasure to work with as was the whole team! The place was very busy with other customers, but they pulled in more help to make the process run smooth and quickly. Price of vehicle was already below market average saving is time and hassle on negotiating a price. We ended up going with a different car then we had originally gone to look at. The vehicle is in great condition and looked like the photos on their listing. Since it was a Tesla, they made sure we were comfortable with driving and all the features before we drove off to head home. Would highly recommend this dealership and Ken.

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.

On 3/21/2023, I purchased a used 2021 British Racing Green MINI Cooper Countryman S All4. I drove down from my home in Alexandria, VA, to purchase a car which is about an 1.5 hours away. This is my 2nd purchase from Crown MINI. My 1st was in 2020. I worked with James Gardner in the sales department on both occasions and had a pleasant experience. The sales manager, Elena, also helped and she was very pleasant and welcoming. She helped with the trade value. It was still lower than my expectation, but it was acceptable. Financing was also very a good experience. Justin was the person that helped me with financing. Justin was very nice and personable. He provided me with many warranty options. I opted to pass on the extended warranty mainly because the car still had 2 years (up to 50,000 miles) remaining in the factory warranty. Also, the finance cost over the life of the loan was very high (almost $9,000 for 7%). I have very good credit, but unfortunately the recent federal reserve rate hikes are impacting borrowing cost. It honestly was the main reason I passed on the extended warranty. I've purchased a few in the past but rarely used them. The cost of the warranty plus finance cost would be the cost of several major repairs if needed. I'm fortunate to be able to pay for a major repair or two if it were to happen. Also, there were a few issues after the sale. I communicated with Elena to help get resolved. My trade had not been paid off after 16 days (the dealer will ask for a 10-day payoff amount at the time of trade). I checked with my bank and the bank said someone from the dealership had requested a payoff amount the day before which is the day I reached out to the dealership to ask about it. The next day, Elena assured me that the trade had been funded and the car is being paid off. I also had another concern. There was a louder than normal throttle sound coming from the car. So, I took it to my local MINI dealer in Alexandria, VA. They said the car sound was coming from an aftermarket part that was installed on the car - cold air intake. They said nothing was wrong with the car and that sound is normal with that type of part installed. However, I asked if they could convert back to the original spec but unfortunately, they wouldn't. My local dealer said that the cold air intake may affect emissions inspection. And, it would void the factory warranty if any damage were related to the cold air intake. The service rep said to me without hesitation that the car would not pass emissions at their dealership (Passport MINI of Alexandria). He recommended I contact Crown MINI of Richmond to resolve. I called the next day and I spoke with Elena and I explained to her my experience. She said she would consult with her service department and get back to me. In a nutshell, she said that the service department stated the cold air intake should not affect emissions. The service department said they have serviced many cars under warranty with an aftermarket cold air intake installed. And the install of the cold air intake does not void the warranty. But, if there is a problem with emissions, bring it back and she would work with me on the repair/conversion back to the original spec. That in itself provided me with peace of mind. If I lived 50 miles closer, I would take my MINI here for service based on my past experiences.

Time and items checked and serviced were just as the Service Manager discussed with my husband, who took the car in for service.

First test drive the XC90 T8 very impressive with the performance, drove home on the highway car had a lot of vibration, I didn't expect neither suspected the tires of the brand new car would do that, for about 2 months I still still driving the car around town the vibration didn't bother me too much my first initial thought was the steering technology or how it worked then my AC is not working schedule an appointment going to take about 2 weeks in about 1 week later it working fine, I took it to get checked anyway, they replaced the compressor and new refrigerants , I took a long trip in the sommer, AC not working again, this time they changed the capacitor because it intermittent, in about 20000 miles the rechargeable battery wouldn't charge, dealer replaced the charger cable, now at 30000 miles the battery intermittent charging again, it takes two weeks to schedule in order for me to have a loaner to drive home, first time own European car and I did aware of the Volvo electrical issues but that was in the early 2000's, overall I enjoyed the car, handling and performance is great, the technology in there is helping my long drive alot and stuck in traffic PS: I still giving Volvo chance and pray for theirs engineers to get theirs act together.

Johnson Volvo of Durham is a great option for service. I am usually able to secure a loaner when needed. Paulino is always a pleasure to deal with; he is very professional, polite and thorough.

We had a wonderful interaction with the service team at Hendrix Volvo if Charleston. Had scheduled a routine maintenance appointment and informed them of a couple other concerns. They took their time to listen to us, test drive with us and really worked to ease our minds. We left our vehicle with them and they gave us a loaner while servicing our vehicle. Our service rep, Paige Whittle, was super helpful and extremely nice throughout entire process. Multiple texts and phone calls to keep us informed. It was truly a pleasure working with this team. We already have had a few road trips with our new XC90 Recharge and we love it. It is very spacious, comfortable, solid handling, and terrific driving features like Pilot Assist. The car is very sophisticated and takes a while to get things set up but that was part of the fun with this vehicle. One thing we wish was available is a rear view camera display when driving. We had a loaded vehicle and view was obstructed with rear view mirror. Another thing we missed on this car is the doors will not automatically lock when exiting the car like on our other GM and Toyota cars. The Pilot Assist is an excellent feature but it could still use some refinement. Exit and entrance lanes will sometimes fool it and car will steer towards them. There are also times when it will oscillate back and forth a little bit but all in all I used the feature most of the time on our long road trips. One reason we purchased this vehicle was for the plug-in feature. It is so nice to be able to do short local trips all on electric. It doesn't quite get me back and forth to work all on electric but it covers most of the trip. That feature will save us trips to the gas pump and wear on the engine. The handling feels very solid and more sedan like than a lot of SUV's we have driven so it feels more secure. You do feel more of the bumps, but for us that is a fair trade-off. The back seat had plenty of room for our adult kids and a good amount of cargo space for the dog and luggage. It was nice for the dog to have a middle seat that folded down separately so the crate could be in the back and the dog could come out and visit. The automatic wipers and head lights are also really nice features and the 360 degree camera for parking is very nice. It is just a terrific road vehicle packed with really nice features with lots of room, and comfort.

The buying process was long but at the end everything worked out in my absolute favor! I appreciate the amazing customer service and the help with the purchase of my very first car!!!
