On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. Professionalism and efficiency in there delivery is not easy to find. Richard is always so attentive and make me feel quite at ease. Went in for an unusual sound coming from under the car and was told my car would not be ready the same day because they did not have the part, and due to the holidays. I was offered a loaner. The next morning I received a call that my car was ready. The part came in early, service was done and I had my car back in 24 hours. 😊

I recently leased my second Volvo from Gengras in North Haven. What a great experience I had! From being greeted as soon as I arrived to driving out with a beautiful new car - everyone was professional and willing to make sure I had a positive experience. Brian and Corey worked hard to get me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Manny made sure I understood all the paperwork and helped me get the best coverage for my new vehicle. Stacey was amazing - explaining all the features of the car and helping me get hooked up to my new voice activated system! I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a Volvo.

It was a routine maintenance at 40K. The service manager was very pleasant. I was given a loaner to keep while they do the service. Shen I received a text video from the mechanic on the status and check list they performed, I returned to the shop and my car was also cleaned inside and out.
