Used 2024 Volvo XC90 for sale near Manvel, TX

My salesperson Steven Baker.. He was the best. My purchase was done over the phone. Everything went smooth. We flew in to Houston. Made it to the dealership. Was at the dealership maybe 30 min. The paperwork was completed and we were on the road back to home. I recommend this dealership. I really recommend Steven Baker as the salesperson. He was very professional and assured me every step that the sale would go great. And yes it did.

On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. In addition, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Belen and Patrick Volvo to anyone else interested in buying a Volvo. I'm still giving 4 stars because the sales and finance guys did a good job. The buying process seemed to go smoothly but after we wrapped things up the salesman decided to have the car "wiped down". Unfortunately, in addition to wiping it down, someone decided that it would be a good idea to introduce a powerful chemical deodorant on the seatbelt and other places in the car. Normal car odors don't need to be covered up. They can be easily removed. The chemical deodorant is a much bigger problem. Despite multiple deep cleanings and ozone treatments, the powerful deodorant smell has not yet been eliminated.

We met Cardell Miles (sales) labor day afternoon late and out with Volvo by closing. Did the comparison, price, and dealer items. Better than prior purchase with another dealer, thanks Grubbs!

DURING 80K MAINTANENCE SERVICE - RAUL FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDED SOME ADDITIONAL REPAIRS, WE WERE TOLD BY DEMONTROND (WHERE WE PURCHASE THE VEHICLE FROM) , THAT ALL SHOULD BE COVERED. MR. RAUL GENTLY TALKED WITH BOTH DEMONTROND AND WARRANTY FROEVER REPS TO DO THE REAPIRS AT WEST HOUSTON AND HOPEFULLY HE WILL SOLVE THE ISSUE AND WE WILL RESCHEDULE WITH THEM TO DO THE REPAIRS , HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

I have taken my vehicle here for service for 5.5 years. The service advisors and managers have always been super helpful. During my most recent visit, I needed to fix my air conditioner which was around $4K. The Service advisor, Daniel, and manager, Rich, reached out to Volvo. The Volvo rep agreed to cover the entire cost because of goodwill assistance. I'm so appreciative of the proactive approach Daniel and Rich took to ensure my vehicle got fixed at no cost to me.

Sam, was an excellent host and quick to accommodate my wants in the vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and efficient. Made my truck buying easy and pleasurable .
