Jacob Carry introduced himself vis text after I made an online inquiry about a used vehicle at Crown Volvo. We immediately developed a wonderful rapport when I arrived for a test drive. He listened to my concerns regarding negative equity in my trade in and not-perfect credit score. He knew I was going to another dealer to see the same model and color.
