The entire Crown Volvo dealership is excellent! Very friendly and everyone is courteous. The service for the safety recall was excellent and Brian Tessitore at Crown Volvo Cars kept us updated on the progress. Our car was impeccably clean when they were done.

On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

During my visit for a software issue, Brian Tessitore at Crown Volvo, was the example of what a service agent should be. He kept me up to date on the progress, suggested my maintenance service be done (since wouldn’t have to return soon) and notified me of an issue with a tire that could have been dangerous. T6 106k miles, replaced Brake pads, spark plugs, and one to engine mount. Everything works! Amazing auto pilot up to 80mph lifetime avg 21.3 MPG mixed driving, regular gas! Quiet, blast T6, super comfortable seats, active safety! I cant think of anything better. Stay away from T5

Madalyn Sanders did a great job getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. There was a little mix up in the availability of a rental. Fortunately the service was done quickly and the rental was not needed !

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Jacob Carry introduced himself vis text after I made an online inquiry about a used vehicle at Crown Volvo. We immediately developed a wonderful rapport when I arrived for a test drive. He listened to my concerns regarding negative equity in my trade in and not-perfect credit score. He knew I was going to another dealer to see the same model and color. He encouraged me to do ny research and never was aggressive as we discussed my options. Had he tried to hard sell me, I never would have returned. But because Jacob demonstrated genuine kindness and professionalism, I was never uncomfortable with the process. I returned yesterday and now am driving my new-to-me Rav4. Thank you, Jacob.

Kevin Thomas was great to work with. We worked out a deal via text, shared all of my info via email the day of my purchase, then was only at the dealership about an hour closing the deal. He was knowledgeable about the car and spent as much time as we needed showing us the different features and setting up the google powered electronics. I'd recommend to anyone.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

This vehicle has the best safe for a base model. Gas consumption is also great. All the feature it has is great considering it is just a base model. Since it is a base model, the only downside is it doesn't have a hitch for bicycle rack. But overall comfort is there for daily driving and to haul lots of stuff.

Went in to look for truck advertised online. Was greeted by Angel Villegas who was helpfully throughout our process, even though it took quite a while to prep the vehicle. Would recommend visiting if looking for a new purchase. We will return next time in market for vehicle. Thanks again

We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

Volvo Cars Tampa made our buying experience a pleasure. Shelby was very helpful knowing that we drove over 400 miles to buy a 2020 Toyota Prius XLE. The car was as expected since we drove a Prius for over 6 years. JT did a great job explaining the pricing and financing. Overall it was a great experience. We love the features in this Prius and love 52 mpg driving back home. We would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly.

This car is gorgeous. The black and tan leather interior is beautiful. The lumbar support in the seats is amazing. The media center is easy to use and the backup camera is very nice. Love this car!!!!

I purchased a new 2022 Polestar EV from the Volvo/Polestar store in December 2021. I am very happy with the purchase and the performance of the vehicle over the 31 months of ownership. I'm writing today because of the exemplary service department at the store. Several weeks ago I had an issue with the 220V charging cable for the EV. Since I'm a customer located in Sarasota, I sent a photo of the cable issue to my service advisor and was contacted recently by him, Ken Salos, and Ken checked for inventory on the item and advised that I could come to the store and swap out the soon to be defective cable. He made the offer so easy to accomplish and I always enjoy a drive to that area because of so many great food offerings. I drove there yesterday, arrived and Ken came walking out from the Service office to meet me even before I exited the car. In less than 30 minutes he had placed the new cable in my car and I was on my way to St. Petersburg for a great lunch. Thank you Ken for your friendly manner of conducting business. It remains that people like you can help maintain a positive and satisfying relationship with your customers.
