On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. Another positive experience. I was done in one full day from picking my car, them acquiring it, trade valuation to driving away. A good and fair deal and painless as far as car transactions go.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

The entire Crown Volvo dealership is excellent! Very friendly and everyone is courteous. The service for the safety recall was excellent and Brian Tessitore at Crown Volvo Cars kept us updated on the progress. Our car was impeccably clean when they were done.

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

During my visit for a software issue, Brian Tessitore at Crown Volvo, was the example of what a service agent should be. He kept me up to date on the progress, suggested my maintenance service be done (since wouldn’t have to return soon) and notified me of an issue with a tire that could have been dangerous. Thanks Brian for being so professional and thorough!

Madalyn Sanders did a great job getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. There was a little mix up in the availability of a rental. Fortunately the service was done quickly and the rental was not needed !

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Jacob Carry introduced himself vis text after I made an online inquiry about a used vehicle at Crown Volvo. We immediately developed a wonderful rapport when I arrived for a test drive. He listened to my concerns regarding negative equity in my trade in and not-perfect credit score. He knew I was going to another dealer to see the same model and color. He encouraged me to do ny research and never was aggressive as we discussed my options. Had he tried to hard sell me, I never would have returned. But because Jacob demonstrated genuine kindness and professionalism, I was never uncomfortable with the process. I returned yesterday and now am driving my new-to-me Rav4. Thank you, Jacob.

Mike Bolton, an amazing product specialist for my husband, who is getting his first truck, is a very knowledgeable man about the vehicles Ford has to offer. He showed us all the features and explained in detail what they do. Richard Pryce, a business manager, was the gentleman with whom we signed papers. He went over different warranties that suited our needs, he is very good at his work. Thank you, gentlemen, for our experience here at Sarasota Ford. Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

We bought a used 2011 Volvo XC90 (170K mls.) for our teenagers and are very pleased with conditions of the exterior, comfort of the ride and power of the car. The previous owners did a good job at keeping up with the maintenance and had new tires recently added before they sold it. We did have to address some repairs within a few weeks but it was to be expected. Very solid car with a great reputation for safety.

We had the pleasure of working with Lisa Silvestri. Lisa is a most professional and knowledgable salesperson. She is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her and the Volvo dealership.

We visited nine different car dealerships looking for a new car. We have never owned a Volvo but decided to take a look based on the good reviews we saw. Jennifer Jones was wonderful. She took her time and was not high pressure. We came to see the XC40 but after she showed us the XC60 we were in love. Between Jennifer and her sales manager, Dylan, I left feeling got a fair, honest and transparent deal. Plus a great car!

T6 106k miles, replaced Brake pads, spark plugs, and one to engine mount. Everything works! Amazing auto pilot up to 80mph lifetime avg 21.3 MPG mixed driving, regular gas! Quiet, blast T6, super comfortable seats, active safety! I cant think of anything better. Stay away from T5

My wife and I have bought 3 used cars from Trade Guru and we've had a great experience all 3 times. I've read over all the negative reviews and I can say for sure that those experiences were not ours. Trade Guru's staff was great and the cars we bought were just as good. A few minor repairs (battery, tires) over the first 6 months on 2 of them, but that's to be expected with 10 year old cars and I noticed the tires when I purchased them. It seems to me that a lot of people have unrealistic expectations when buying a used vehicle. Great work Trade Guru!

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

While driving down to Florida , I realized the air conditioner on my 2020 XC60 was not working. I called Volvo of Sarasota at 7576 S Tamiami Trail and talked to Allen, who was so considerate of my problem, he told me to bring the car in the next morning and they would have their service tech check out the problem, they were able to fix the air conditioner. I was so appreciative and can’t thank Allen enough for his help.
