Marland Saul of ‘Volvo Cars of Tucson’, is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. We are from Alaska and were shopping for late model vehicles out of state for better selection and a possible road trip adventure home. Starting with Email then phone inquiries regarding used late model XC-90s, Marland kept us informed of current and incoming inventory, without the pressure that many dealers are using during the Covid Pandemic. Example: “this won’t be here long, you better put a deposit down now.” We made appointment to visit him and test drive vehicles while Tucson. My wife and her mother, also looking for future vehicle, spent an afternoon with him driving 3 different vehicles and getting educated about the product line. On a different day together we spent another afternoon with him driving different vehicles and further getting educated. Marland actually made us feel like what he wanted to do that day was help us decide on the right vehicle for us. His knowledge of the vehicle line is complete and refreshing. We never felt the stereotypical ‘Car salesman pressure’. There was no pressure to include dealer “AddOns”. At the end of the afternoon we decided We needed to special order the exact Car we wanted for maximum long term value and satisfaction. We decided to have the vehicle delivered to Alaska instead of picking it up in Tucson. It may have been simpler to take all the Info Marland shared with us and just order it from the local dealer. When we pulled into Tucson a few weeks ago from Ohio on an Friday our brakes begin to fail. I called them and they told me their service schedule was booked for the next three weeks but to drop the car off on Monday and they would work it into their schedule since it was a safety issue. By Tuesday they had it fixed under warranty and also did a full safety check I could not have been happier with their responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism. This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

He’s the best I’ve ever encountered in my ‘car buying life’ … He was knowledgeable, personable, confident about Volvo cars, and a fine negotiator, in my opinion. This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

Came in for a regular oil change and left with a new (gently used) car! A big Thank you to Ronny for the full attention he gave me with no pressure to buy. After seeing a vehicle on Cars.com at Paramount that I was interested in and sending an email, I was contacted by Paramount about that vehicle very quickly. It was difficult for me to arrange to come see the vehicle, so the salesman brought it to me at work! He drove around and told me more about the vehicle. He seemed very knowledgable about all sorts of vehicles. I am considering other vehicles in the area, but will definitely go back to Paramount if I see other vehicles listed that fit my criteria because I was so impressed with its willingness to go the extra mile (literally!) for a potential customer.

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

We bought a used 2004 Mercedes Kompressor from Mr. Lopez. The purchase was for my grandson. The vehicle was clean, no dents, etc. Our experience was good. Mr. Lopez was patient and understood our concerns (he was accommodating and seemed eager to help us). We test drove the vehicle and it ran well. The vehicle seemed reasonably priced. In spite of this, we were able to negotiate a discount. Upon purchase, we took the vehicle into the dealership (Mercedes-Benz) for routine maintenance. Other than the need for an oil change, the mechanic found the vehicle in good working condition. Vehicle running good so far. Although we understand maintenance on these types of cars can be expensive, we are satisfied with the purchase. My grandson is happy. Thank you Mr. Lopez.

This is my third Volvo and my favorite model of the three. It is the perfect car for me. It is a very comfortable car to drive. I love the design of the car. It has a lot of storage in the back. It has an easy system to pop down the seats for bigger loads. My XC 60 is a super nice looking car on the exterior too. It is a great car for around town and has also been perfect for longer road trips.

I chose to purchase a used car from the dealership with Mustafa. He was knowledgeable and helped me decide on a car that would fit my budget. The people at the dealership were very nice and introduced themselves to me. Very happy with my purchase. Great work Mustafa. !

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

Great commuter car. Adaptive cruise control is better than most. Good mpg. Very attractive. Agile and good is small spaces ( city driving ). Base sound system should have more power.

We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

Very comfortable and easy getting around town after trading my big xxx Mercedes. Display and interaction very easily followed. First Volvo was 1969 that lasted 20 years. Glad to be back in a Volvo.

Always great service. Very helpful. Corey is the best. Helpful in determining cause of problem and getting it fixed. Recommended new tires which were very much needed.

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

As a busy mom of three, I don’t have a lot of time for messing around when I need a new SUV! When my oldest, Branden, totaled our minivan, I knew that I wanted to finally get myself a little something special. I saw a bunch of advertisements online for the new qx60 and the sales team at Infiniti of Tucson was more than helpful with finding me exactly what I was looking for. They are truly one of the ‘best in the biz’ LOL. Infiniti has earned themselves a satisfied customer for life! Can’t wait until my next car purchase.

Perfecr for a couple or small family. Downsized from an XC60 because I didn't need a big SUV. Has the same power. Not sorry I did.
