armax sales people were wonder to work with. No pressure, just their desire to show you a car that you would be interested in. Our salesman showed us the car we wanted and after the test drive, choose to look for something else. He inquired to our desires and slowly narrowed down the types of vehicle we might likie based off of our comments. We went from a Dodge Charger to looking at luxury type cars. Very easy to work with.

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

First test drive the XC90 T8 very impressive with the performance, drove home on the highway car had a lot of vibration, I didn't expect neither suspected the tires of the brand new car would do that, for about 2 months I still still driving the car around town the vibration didn't bother me too much my first initial thought was the steering technology or how it worked then my AC is not working schedule an appointment going to take about 2 weeks in about 1 week later it working fine, I took it to get checked anyway, they replaced the compressor and new refrigerants , I took a long trip in the sommer, AC not working again, this time they changed the capacitor because it intermittent, in about 20000 miles the rechargeable battery wouldn't charge, dealer replaced the charger cable, now at 30000 miles the battery intermittent charging again, it takes two weeks to schedule in order for me to have a loaner to drive home, first time own European car and I did aware of the Volvo electrical issues but that was in the early 2000's, overall I enjoyed the car, handling and performance is great, the technology in there is helping my long drive alot and stuck in traffic PS: I still giving Volvo chance and pray for theirs engineers to get theirs act together.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! Very comfortable and easy getting around town after trading my big xxx Mercedes. Display and interaction very easily followed. First Volvo was 1969 that lasted 20 years. Glad to be back in a Volvo.

I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.

This car has blown me away. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted and drive like butter! The color is perfect and the rims are bomb! The interior is clean, and very well taken care of.

Gorgeous inside and out and brilliantly designed. This car purrs when you accelerate. Not only is it the safest car on the road, its luxurious and fun to drive.

Shopped around for an all electric car. We test dove them all including all of the high-ends and Tesla. Volvo met our needs the best, and the customer experience was topnotch.

Attractive styling both exterior and interior (for me). Bought a 2021 T-5 R design with Polestar enhanced performance package. It has been trouble free so far and handles and performs very well for a compact SUV. routine service dept. with Volvo has been excellent. Seats are comfortable and the interior space is surprisingly roomy. It took a little bit to get use to the tech, but I was coming from a Tundra, so it was to be expected. The only thing that is subpar is the Navigation system, but I understand that they have now contracted with google maps to provide this service. AWD makes me not worry about the weather. Terrific all around car!

Even after I had left the lot the first day unsuccessful with a purchase, she continued to reach out to me to let me know of other vehicles that came onto the lot that would be a good fit for me until she got one that was very suitable for me. This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

Marland Saul of ‘Volvo Cars of Tucson’, is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. We are from Alaska and were shopping for late model vehicles out of state for better selection and a possible road trip adventure home. Starting with Email then phone inquiries regarding used late model XC-90s, Marland kept us informed of current and incoming inventory, without the pressure that many dealers are using during the Covid Pandemic. Example: “this won’t be here long, you better put a deposit down now.” We made appointment to visit him and test drive vehicles while Tucson. My wife and her mother, also looking for future vehicle, spent an afternoon with him driving 3 different vehicles and getting educated about the product line. On a different day together we spent another afternoon with him driving different vehicles and further getting educated. Marland actually made us feel like what he wanted to do that day was help us decide on the right vehicle for us. His knowledge of the vehicle line is complete and refreshing. At the end of the afternoon we decided We needed to special order the exact Car we wanted for maximum long term value and satisfaction. We decided to have the vehicle delivered to Alaska instead of picking it up in Tucson. It may have been simpler to take all the Info Marland shared with us and just order it from the local dealer. Infotainment wasn't ready when I purchased the car. After approx 5 software updates in the first three months (mostly at the dealer), the car has been flawless. I now enjoy the Google interface very much, and love the car. I regularly get 45 miles e-range on easy highway drive, perfect for my commute. My car doesn't have air suspension, so the ride is arguably too firm for concrete pavement I have in my area. Could also be because of the curb rash-prone 20 inch wheels, I would choose an 18" wheel instead. Car materials and fit/finish are just superb, makes you feel special. It also makes driving my second car a chore :)

I had the most awesome experience when purchasing my first new car. From the start, Isa, my sales person, was knowledgeable, honest and very detailed. He patiently answered all my questions and was so kind about it. Eddie and the General Manager, Paul, were also extremely helpful and all three made me feel so calm, especially since this was my first car purchase. Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.

When we pulled into Tucson a few weeks ago from Ohio on an Friday our brakes begin to fail. I called them and they told me their service schedule was booked for the next three weeks but to drop the car off on Monday and they would work it into their schedule since it was a safety issue. By Tuesday they had it fixed under warranty and also did a full safety check I could not have been happier with their responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism. We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

I prefer used cars. The difficulty is finding a dealer that provides quality cars, gently worn, that knows their inventory and puts your satisfaction before the sale. This is the place you want to go. From the first young gentleman that greeted us, to the final sitting of the i’s, I had knowledgeable and truthful assistance. Straight up in price, exactly what is included, the vehicle needed a couple of fixes and this dealer went above and beyond. I truly felt that my interests and satisfaction were the primary objective, not just moving the car. I have bought used cars for over 20 years from Chicago to LA. This experience was the simplest, easiest, best value for your dollar. What I appreciated the most was the absolute certainty that I was dealing with honest up right people who wanted us both to walk away from making the deal feeling good about things. I’m very satisfied and have absolutely no buyer’s remorse.

This is my second Volvo. I first had a 2004 S60, which I traded in for this 2013 XC60. The SUV has a great ride and I love the ability to switch to a stick shift, which makes the car feel sporty. Overall, the car is trouble free. LIke me other Volvo, the transmission sometimes is hard to move. I actually had to replace the tranmission in the S60. This vehicle has traveled cross country, where it gets great gas mileage, with using regular gas, not high test. The city gas mileage, I live in Chicago, is not very good! The required maintenance from the Volvo dealer can be expensive, but repairs at the dealer I feel are overpriced! I got the extended warranty, which I feel was a waste of money. Overall, I really like the Volvo brand! They are fairly maintenance free and last a long time. My previous Volvo had about 110,000 miles and this one has about 63,000 miles.

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

Excellent service of the car as usual. Work done in timely fashion and within the scope and price of arrival consult. Excellent waiting area for keeping up with office work.

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

It’s a great family or single person car. It’s got 3rd row seating for extra room, but not to big like Escalade when trying to find parking in Seattle area. It’s fully loaded with features for most comfort. Heated seats front and back, cooling front seats, DVD player, navigation, roof rack, extra trunk space, and its great on mileage for V8. Perfect for NW winter or summer fun.

I love my volvo. I have one that is fully loaded, and it is so luxe and fun to drive. The turbo makes it literally zoomier than my husband's mustang, but it can also go all day without any gas at all if I need to use it in pure mode.

This is my third Volvo and my favorite model of the three. It is the perfect car for me. It is a very comfortable car to drive. I love the design of the car. It has a lot of storage in the back. It has an easy system to pop down the seats for bigger loads. My XC 60 is a super nice looking car on the exterior too. It is a great car for around town and has also been perfect for longer road trips.
