Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

Ashley Bush made our purchasing experience less painful and it was an amazing experience working with her. She was very knowledgeable and her insight made us feel very confident There was no pressure to purchase our car. The finance manager Greg Trask was great and help us to get throuhg all of the paper work with ease. He was well prepared and very accomodating. Ashley was very friendly and cordial and really work with us to get in the vehicle we like. It was one of the best experience we had in purhasing a vehicle. I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

Everything went great , Michael had my car diagnosed, unfortunately parts had to be ordered , he Ubered me home , kept me up to date with text the next morning parts showed up, Ubered me back to the dealer at 2pm when work was completed the next day ! Things couldn’t have gone smoother.

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

I was out of town and needed emergency repairs. Tate, service tech, walked me thru the towing / drop off process and scheduled an appointment for me. Kept me in the loop as well- the service repair video was an amazing feature to help understand the issue. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

Volvo is known for safety and this one delivers with all the latest safety features. But it also adds performance with a combination of supercharging for power off the line, with turbocharging to add power in mid range. Together they deliver performance similar to a V8 with a lot better mpg. The interior is very modern and tasteful. Seats very comfortable. We opted for the air suspension system which really makes a difference in our area with rough roads. I'd recommend it to anyone. Also added the high performance sound system from Bowers and Wilkins. I did not think I wanted to pay up for it, but once I heard it I couldn't pass it up. Many great tech features like Pilot Assist (auto drive), cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, auto park, etc. Recommend the T6 level powertrain, the Air Suspension, and if you can swing it, the Bowers and Wilkins sound system.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

This car is nothing short of superb. A pleasure to drive and gives you the feeling of complete safety. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in purchasing one.

Today was the day to pick up my car! A week ago, after just a day of discussions, Sammy and Aaron made what had been a terrible mistake I had made a couple of months ago into a WONDERFUL sales experience! And THIS during a pandemic when I was having to try and correct my mistake while sheltering in place at home. You see, I have always driven foreign vehicles and SUV's since 1999. And there have been a lot of them, just never an American car, except for my play Jeep. But, our family needed a larger vehicle and we had decided on a Navigator. In January, we went large and purchased a Navigator. Unfortunately, we didn't go large ENOUGH... We needed a Navigator L to accomplish our needs. You can imagine the pain of this realization given the depreciation that takes place the moment you drive a car off the lot. AND I didn't figure it out for over a month. Well, I had spent almost 2 weeks negotiating with the dealer I had purchased my previous vehicle from as well as EVERY OTHER Lincoln dealer in the Metro-ATL area...All not willing to help me with my problem and at the end of the day leaving me to feel as I was going to have to live with my mistake. Then Sammy called ME! And within one day we had worked out a deal for a trade that I could very definitely live with. In fact, one that I could even be excited about. And the pricing for my trade (granted it was almost new) was done site unseen. AND when I got to the dealer there was NONE of the haggling or you didn't tell us about this, etc. Just fair-mindedness, and during these dangerous times...A SAFE environment! I couldn't have asked for more. And when they needed to do some work (tinting, clear-bra, etc.) work to my new vehicle, I was immediately placed in a wonderful loaner until my new vehicle was ready. SO MUCH Better than my last experience. These guys are doing it right and have earned by service business. Yes, It's a long review, but these guys deserve it. I look forward to meeting my service adviser and working with these guys for years to come! AND I can't wait try the Pick-up and Delivery Service!!!!!

I've owned this car for just over three years and this past weekend I crossed the 40k mile mark and if I was to go back and but this car at 40K miles, it probably would look and drive just like how I'd feel if I was buying this car today. It looks and feels just as new, and I could not be happier. Its a great looking car, I've clicked a million pictures of it and thought its been three years, it looks great and fresh and I'm sure, it will age really well. The design still looks just as new and will continue to look trendy a few years down the lane as well. The engine seems a little under-powered at times because at the end of the day its a mere 2-litre V-4 engine, but otherwise, the performance is decent. Its an extremely comfortable family SUV and in 5 seat mode it has loads of cargo capability. All in all its a great vehicle.
