From the time we entered the dealership to the completion of the deal our sales rep Dan Burris was 1st class all the way. No haggle, no upscale, just straight ahead professionalism. Very knowledgeable about the product and even introduced us to our new service manager prior to departure. If Mr. Dan Burris is an example of all the emplyees in Ferrari and Maserati of Atlanta you have a pristine operation. I recently pursused a Ferrari from your dealership and worked with Mr. Burris. I cannot say enough to how pleasant and easy was my visit. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Prompt and multitasked from sales to finance. He follows through on each detail and treat you like one of his family. The facility was clean, nice and comfortable. I was very satisfied at the end of my visit and it was the easiest purchase I made in my life with Mr. Burris help. The TDI that I purchased was originally "not for sale" that was supposed to be sent to an auction. The Sales manager Talas worked with me because it was the only one on their lot. He put new tires on the car, fixed a wheel bearing, and got me a great price. I was very happy with how the took care of me as their customer. Silvia was incredibly nice and was the best agent to work with. The dealership was no pressure, down to earth, good people.
Great customer service. He is friendly and took the time to show me the car, answered all my questions, also offered to bring back the car for a complete detail since it was late night when we bought it. I'm pleased with his assistance and definitely will recommend friends and family.
We have bought three cars from RBM, all from Eric Konigsberg, who has gone above and beyond what we have experienced at any other car dealer over the years. We'll buy our next one from him as well. Service had also been excellent. In over 20 years we have had only two service reps. Dennis Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

To top it off just when I thought it could not get any better we sat down with Jeremy to discuss the maintenance packages. His presence and professionalism, along with Frederick???s is a ???Model??? many people dealing with the public face to face should duplicate. I recommend RBM Service technician Jordin Mendez! He came out on a cold Sunday morning to help me unlock my car and get me back on the road safely. RBM of Atlanta has excellent customer service in their Roadside Technician Mr. Jordin Mendez.
My 1995 Volvo 940 estate wagon is hard to get some parts for. A part source was located and the part ordered and installed. A second part has been ordered, because of a fault in the first part. All previous repairs have been successful.
The dealership was clean but under construction - bathrooms in sales area was not available. Knew exactly what we came in to buy...Salesman immediately tried to direct us to something he wanted to sell. When we drove what he wanted us to drive, we got him to show us what we wanted to see. Meanwhile, as he tried to park the first vehicle, he backed it up into my wife, hitting her in the back (so much for pedestrian warning device). Long story short, we drove the vehicle we came to see, liked it, made an offer and the salesman told us the Manager said no, and made a counter. We said thanks but no thanks, and as we were driving off the lot, the manager met us and accepted our offer. It is a shame you have to play these games just to buy a car.
I recently purchased my vehicle and had to get a defect fixed. When I called the service center, I was able to get an appointment and get the problem fixed quickly. Everyone was helpful in explaining the issue, providing a loaner car so I could get to work on time and even cleaned my car!!
Brett Bauer was lovely to work with. He coordinated our delivery and put a personal, friendly face on the car buying experience. We appreciated his open, honest demeanor and willingness to work with our busy schedules. A pleasure and would recommend to anyone!
To make this as short and accurate as possible, I was in the car buying process for about 3 months. The very first time I went to Subaru of Gwinnett I went only for a test drive. Nelson, my salesperson acknowledge my intent and was very respectful of it. After several weeks, Nelson Never did once try to push me or rush me into deciding to buy a car. He allowed me to test drive another model I was interested in, and over the course of a few weeks, we worked together to find the perfect car. Once we determined what car was best, he did an outstanding job at finding the car and getting us a good deal on it. When it came time to purchase the car, the process was very painless and quick. Overall, an increible experience, I cannot recommend them enough
