What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. We recently purchased a used 2025 Escape, with approximately 13 K miles from Germain Ford. Within a week we discovered a couple of items that needed repair. Additionally, we found that the clear coat on the hood of the car was beginning to peal. From the sales staff (Will) to the service staff (Jessica), they have “bent over backwards”) for us, making the necessary repairs, all to our satisfaction. This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Germain Ford and are very pleased!

Big thank you to the service department at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet! I was in Columbus traveling 500 miles from home when the tire pressure light on my 2018 Silverado came on with a zero pressure indicator. The guys in service were empathetic to my situation and immediately started inspecting the tires and checking the sensors. Turns out the tires were fine. One of the sensors had gone bad. I had peace of mind to drive home eastern PA. I asked what I owed and was told no charge, glad they could help. Thanks again.

The Bolt is the perfect car for commuting and errands around town, particularly if you can charge at home. It is small on the outside but spacious on the inside (at least in the front seats). It is surprisingly peppy - you can easily get the tires to chirp in accelerating. On the downside, not all Bolts have DC fast charging, which would make it impractical for road trips and if you don't have home charging. Check charge port for the orange cap - that means it has DC charging. The Bolts with DC charging only charge at 55 kw, slower than most. Road trips are possible, but it will take an hour to charge every 250 miles. Overall, the Bolt is fun to drive, practical, and great value for money.

I got the Prius V particularly because instead of an SUV or sporty crossover I wanted a bit more of a station wagon feel (not as big as a mini van) that would be long enough to put a bunk bed single mattress in the back (It is). I love the fuel economy and the extra size. I traded in my '06 Prius for this Prius V. I've only has it about 5 hours but think I'm going to love it! I love the Blizzard Pearl. Would have also been happy with Sea Glass Pearl....

Installing and running it is as simple as hooking up clothes dryer. The charger just uses a standard 240V outlet, and the energy demand is nothing unusual for a typical household. Pulls same amount of power as microwave or toaster oven. Real Cost to Charge Let’s run the math: Electric rate: $0.10 per kWh Efficiency: ~4.5 miles per kWh Monthly driving: 2,000 miles each car That works out to: 2,000 miles at 4.5miles/kW at 10cents/kW= $44/month So for just $44 a month, each Bolt drives 2,000 miles. This is a great car. Rides good and has all the bells and whistles. Clean interior. I especially love the heated seats and outside temperature along with gas mileage shown. Love this car.

I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.

We purchased a used Honda CRV approximately 2 years ago and our experience with Buckeye Honda has been great. They treated us well during the purchase process and have not stopped. We have hesitated in the past to use dealers for repairs and routine maintenance, but the service crew here is exceptional. We are treated with respect and kindness, and they never try to sell us what we don't need.

25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.
