Why Buy My A6 Instead of the Others? •Power & Performance: This isn’t the base 4-cylinder A6 you’ll see listed for cheap. It’s the 55 TFSI V6 with 335 horsepower, sport suspension, and Quattro — smooth, fast, and planted on the road. •Rare S-Line Package: Sport suspension, sharper handling, and an overall driving experience that feels closer to an S6 than a standard A6. Very few on the market come with this setup. •Expensive Vossen Wheel Setup + New Tires: Sitting on high-end Vossen wheels with fresh Michelin Sport Plus tires put on 2 months ago. That’s thousands of dollars in upgrades and peace of mind for the buyer. •Immaculate Condition: Owned just a few months, barely driven, California-only miles, full tint to preserve the interior. It’s as clean as it gets. •Dealer Serviced: Every oil change and inspection done at Audi Livermore since I’ve owned it. Recalls were all taken care of recently such as alternator at 28K miles. No other recalls on this vehicle. New battery at the time of purchasing the car 5 months ago now. No guessing games — the car has been cared for by Audi techs since day one. •Undervalued Listings Aren’t Comparable: $19K cars are base models, high mileage, or missing the upgrades and care this one has. Mine is worth $27K because it’s a complete package: power, condition, upgrades, and peace of mind. I’m taking 26K at bare minimum for the car. Brakes are 4 months old in the front and rear.

Major component failures before hitting 50K miles. Water pump failure, generator failure. These are major components that are are unacceptable to fail this early. It really is just a VW made to look a little prettier. Same junk.

Unreliable but fun.

It has been to the shop four times since I hit 40,000 miles. I now have 50,000 miles and am horrified of what's next. Two times were electrical system problems. One cause and entire system shutdown on the interstate (common issue for the '19 A6). Another time was a break sensor issue. Then, the driver door stopped latching when closed. The Audi mechanic said he tells his family to buy Toyota.

Buyer beware

I bought this car a new in 2019. In the past year, it has had two very serious problems. The generator malfunctioned last fall, causing a cascading series of problems that ultimately required the card to be towed into the dealership for service. Just today a low pressure, fuel valve, malfunctioned, causing the car to go into “limp mode” with RPMs limited to 2500 in the middle of a long road trip. Steer clear, or buy an extended warranty.
