my volvo 2023 having endless problems with it, console screen problem from day 1 until now my vehicle has 12000 miles and they changed the CATALYTIC CONVERTER, what nonsense. the DM of Glen Cove Volvo said i will work with you and get back in 2 weeks it will be 1 month soon and no word. Deron Thompson. I am so fedup with this. my vehicle which I am supposed to enjoy and paid so much money for spends more time in the shop than me enjoy it.

Owns this car

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Glitch that needs attention

Owns this car

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back
