Purchased a Buick Encore GX ST and had to be taken back to the dealership the day I purchased it. Was towed back to the dealership two more times. Vehicle would power down with engine light flashing. Very dangerous if this were to happen on the freeway. GM would do nothing about it. I had to contact an attorney and pursue justice with the Lemon Law. Can’t wait to get rid of the thing and purchase a Subaru or Toyota. My wife and I primarily use my 2002 Nissan Pathfinder on long trips because our faith in the Encore is nonexistent. Shame on GM for doing nothing and have me resort to obtaining an attorney to rectify the situation.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.
