Initially would have rated a 5 based on Sales experience, shortly after having the car, identified an issue with the key FOBs, as it would not adjust the seats between FOB1 and FOB2. Took the car back multiple times, they finally tested on 2 other X3’s with the same results, stated was a I9 software defect. After a month still no update, so have to manually adjust the seats between FOB users. Have to question what’s next with the I9 software if something as basic as adjusting seat positions between profiles.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.
