This has been a very reliable car for me. When I first purchased it I had the ventilated/heated seats and the CUE screen replaced under warranty - April 2021. This car was purchased from a dealership in Texas and shipped to my home in Iowa. I have performed an oil change every 3,000 miles and have taken meticulous care of this car. New tires, new front and rear suspension, driven only in spring/summer/fall - no winter driving, tinted windows, detailed every fall before storage. I will entertain professional offers.

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

Only with a great warranty.

I Purchased mine 4 years ago used with 42k on it and as a 1 owner. The reviews you read about reliability are true. A warranty is an absolute must have. My warranty has paid out more than 28K. Including Magnetic shocks, transmission, Cue info system, and much more. Only 3K from my pocket. I have been repair free for over a year. Having owned over 30 cars I will say it is a fun car to drive and is my favorite car I have ever owned with a warranty.
