I’ve had this car for around 1 year now and while it’s
I’ve had this car for around 1 year now and while it’s overall a safe car with modern features, it has some features that infuriate me. To start; as someone that usually goes for Honda cars, the fact that this car doesn’t have brake hold is very uncomfortable and even if I wasn’t used to having breaking hold, I would still hate not having it it. Things like changing the radio or the temperature are extremely dangerous if you are the driver. Changing the temperature has many little buttons that are so tiny it’s impossible to hit them. And if you wanted to change the temperature theres like 5 little buttons you need to press and it makes me feel mad as changing the temperature is more difficult than it has to be. Also, one of the buttons you need to press to change the temperature isn’t even a button at all, it’s a tiny square you need to drag along a grid that’s almost impossible while the car is moving. Similarly, if you change the radio too often, it stops you from changing it for around 5 minutes as it thinks that the driver is changing it as it’s actually my teenage daughter in the passenger seat. So now we’re stuck listening to commercials. But even after all of this, the thing that I hate the most about this care is the seats, especially the back ones. The seats in this car curve in so when you sit in it, your body is in a C shape and god forbid you have to use your phone because it just makes it worse. It’s so bad, it gives me and my son terrible nausea.

Excellent performance, good practicality, comfortable
Excellent performance, good practicality, comfortable enough to daily drive and it doesn’t call attention to itself like Mustang GT, Civic Type R, etc….nice under the radar vehicle.

I owned a 2019 Golf R and recently traded for a new 2024
I owned a 2019 Golf R and recently traded for a new 2024 Golf R. My 2019 was a 6 speed manual, but I’ve finally gave in and bought the 2024 with the automatic. I always loved shifting, but getting a little older so thought it was time. Love my Golf R……GolfR comes with all the options I’d ever want standard, so, the price may seem high, hit you get everything you probably want standard, no options required .
