Blue 2020 Ford Ranger XL, 4x4
I have replaced my 2010 Ford Ranger XL for a 2020 Ranger XL and have found all of the improvements well worth it. I did install a third party Cruise Control and a Tonneau Cover and the truck runs great at highway speed for long distances with plenty of comfort. I wanted a Supercab for its 6.1 foot bed as I do not carry passengers and the space behind the seats is more than adequate for cargo. Having hands free blue tooth phone, rear backup camera shows up in rear view mirror, bed liner, allows USB sticks to play my considerable music collection and 4 wheel drive are all features I didn't have but wanted. This is a work truck with creature comforts that improve its usefulness. It not only looks great, it works well for my yard project hauling and street driving that make up my mileage. The former owner also added towing package. running boards and black letters on back of tailgate. I purchased this vehicle with only 56,000 miles on it. Spent time reading about pros/cons of this model and for how I use a truck and the specs that it has, it fulfills all of my needs without exception. - Purchased a Used car

Towing capabilities are awesome
I have a 2020 and absolutely love it. I pull a fishing boat and a 24’ Harris pontoon boat. You literally can’t tell they are back there. The 2024 is awesome but they are a lot more expensive. Maybe one day! - Purchased a New car

Ranger won't let you down
Bought the 2020 XLT after owning a 2008 Ranger. I've owned the 2020 XLT for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say. Fast, quiet, pulls a load easily. Easy on gas. - Purchased a New car

Great pickup!
I have owned my Ranger for just over 11k Miles and I love it! Great fuel economy and enough pep to easily get around in. It’s the perfect size for people looking for a pickup but needing something small enough to easily get around in. - Purchased a Used car

Good smaller truck
For the price and the economy it’s great, the newer size Ranger is great and the 10 speed is nice. Doesn’t feel under powered. If you need bigger payload . Don’t buy this truck! - Purchased a Used car

Disappointing
The rear "seat" is so small a child couldn't sit there. My vehicle has 24k and has had a leaf spring replacement, an air conditioner actuator replacement, then 3 months later a replacement of the same actuator because There was no heat. It's underpowered, had less braking power... I guess my favorite things about this truck are the color and the capless gas filler. my former vehicle was a2003 F150 that ran great but had some rot. I wish I still had it. - Purchased a New car

Fuel tank not secure. Major security risk. Ford sl
This truck has no fuel cap. The fuel door does not lock. It is extremely difficult to get a lock for it. This is a major security issue for anyone driving this vehicle. These days rigorous security in all aspects of life is required. So I noticed the fuel door was open and the only explanation for this is that someone opened it and poured a substance into my tank to tamper with my vehicle or someone tried to steal gas, or myself or someone accidently opened it by leaning on it (push springback open). This is extremely anoyying becuase now I don't know whether there is xxx in my gastank and if I want to know without a doubt the tank is clean it will costs me probably $1000 to get the tank cleaned out. And this totally ruins the positive experience I had about this vehicle. Didn't anyone at Ford realize how stupid it is to make a tank that can't be locked. On many vehicles you can simply buy a locking gas cap from autozone but Ford requires a locking plug only made by Ford. And only sold in one place on the internet and with extremely slow shipping. Around 10 days from Levinson Ford. I plan to complain and see if they will cover the costs to clean the fuel tank. It is 100% their fault since they design such a idiotic fuel door configuration. They should also flush the fuel system and install a new fuel filter and pump. Every other engine component is protected from tampering except for the fuel tank. Get a clue Ford and start hiring better engineers and tell your corner cutting accountant advisors to take a hike. Put a phukin automatic locking fuel door on all your vehicles. It's common sense. That Ford would be so blind as to allow such a security risk is a major red flag. - Purchased a Used car

Fast Fun Ride
Very happy with my purchase but did have a few gripes: Driver side floor got wet due to an AC issue but it was fully covered under warranty. Sound insulation is pretty light in the doors and roof so rain is loud! The radiator fan is also quite loud but thankfully it doesn’t run much. All in all a great value. Engine power is excellent (as is gas mileage) and the truck is a lot of fun in sport mode! Looks good too! - Purchased a New car
