2007 Jaguar XK Convertible 300 HP 4.2L V8 Engine 6-Speed ZF Paddle Shift Automatic Transmission VIN: SAJWA44B275B16957 92,124 Miles In my initial review of the new XK last May, I intimated that, with the new generation, Jaguar finally made it a proper sports car. I drove an XK convertible the other day, and I still haven't changed my mind. The XK is fast, tightly sprung and responsive, yet maintains an absolute feeling of luxury and style that makes it undeniably Jaguar. In reconstructing the XK for the new millennium, I feel Jag really hit its mark. Motor Trend magazine, Jan, 2007 Finished in Radiant Red with a Carmel top and interior and burl walnut accents, Included in its long list of features is one touch power retractable soft top, hidden retracted pop-up roll bars, auto on/off self-leveling bi-xenon headlamps which (swivel with turning) and washers; rear fog lamp, rain sensing wipers, electrochromic power mirrors, 10-way heated front seats with memory, power tilt & telescope steering wheel, TPMS, keyless entry/pushbutton start, and more - plus an added trunk-mounted battery tender connecting cord, Owned since July 2021, recent (4/2/25)service included an engine oil (synthetic) & filter change, brake lamp bulb replacement and a new key fob battery. Earlier (2024), the fuel filter, exhaust H-pipe and outlet pipe were replaced, as was the coolant. In 2023 the brake fluid and power steering fluid were flushed and a four wheel alignment was done. Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport all seasons (6/22 at 84,918 miles) on 19 in. aluminum wheels. There were three previous owners, all in southern states. The car has not been driven in snow or salt, and has been garaged and covered. It is in excellent overall condition, with the body virtually unmarked. Included are the original window sticker (originally $81,500), all books and service records during current ownership. This car has no issues, accidents or damage reported to Carfax (report available on request) and a clear Michigan Title. Jag-u-ar, not Miata...

I have two Jaguars. The first a 2001 XK8, I bought in 2015 from the original owner. The 2nd, a 2007 XK, I bought after the original owner traded it in to a dealer in Oregon. I had it shipped to me in Alabama. Both are a similar Pacific Blue, the 07 being Indigo Blue, slightly darker. The 01 has Ivory interior, the 07 has beige. The 01 has quite a bit of recurring maintenance from a host of items that needed redesigning, which was accomplished on the 07. Everything needed was done. The big differences between the two cars is trunk space and cabin space. The 07 Cabin accommodates a taller person where the trunk on the 01 would hold a VW Beetle and easily close. I redesigned the 01 upper shock mounts and rebuilt the mounts with new polyurethane bushings that should outlast me. I have replaced them with OEM 3 times since 2015. That chirping sound you hear is the shock mounts, metal to metal chirping. Anyway, the 01 XK8 is a nice automobile that needs near constant attention. The 07 XK is a Super Luxury GT sports car that is easy to maintain and so far, bulletproof. Nothing that I have driven in it's class compares equally. Everything else has a harsher ride and are regular sports cars. I have owned Corvettes, BMW's, Acura's, Mercedes and Porsche's. None compare. So far, I've had people compliment me on my Miata (the 01) and Corvette (both the 01 & the 07)... Jaguar is a brand of only a few in my location... very rare and no one knows what it is... up close, they just can't read, I guess. The guy was staring at the Jaguar emblem when he called it the best looking Miata he had ever seen. LOL!

Value for dollars spent on is a great deal. Good investment representative was honest would buy from again. Easy to deal with Herb and staff David were helpful.
