I purchased my 2018 Aude A3 e-tron in 2022. It was in great shape and looked brand new. On a positive note, the car has good acceleration in either electric or gas mode. It handles very well with an excellent ride. The interior is well appointed and seats are very comfortable. Rear storage is not great but that's the price you pay for having large batteries for the e-drive. For driving back and forth to work I rarely have to use gas as the battery can handle it. The first year of ownership was great, no problems. However, in the second year things started to go wrong. One day, the starter battery was dead (I didn't leave the lights on). I had to go on Youtube to figure out how to jumpstart it (non-intuitive). A month later the car wouldn't accelerate beyond 10 km/hr. I managed to limp it to the dealership - needed a new throttle body. The other day the key fob battery died and I had to manually lock the car but the lights wouldn't shut off. It seems like weird things are starting to pop up. Fortunately I purchased an extended warranty. Basically, this car is fantastic when it functions properly, but not so great when some of its weird electrical/computer issues pop up. I plan on selling it before the warranty expires.

I live in a coastal town south of LA and my etron is like a luxurious golf cart I can drive all electric most days. When i have the occasional longer drive the etron works for that and still gets about 42mpg. I am average 85mpg across both driving types. Interior quality is excellent and very comfortable. High quality fit and finish. It's a beautiful little machine you can buy for 25K with low mileage in like new condition as of 2021. Seems like a good deal. I am concerned about battery degradation, but there is a 10 year warranty on electric components including the battery. Despite the small size, you can still fit a large santa cruz mountain bike in the back with the front wheel removed.

I am enjoying it very much! I average over 40 mpg, which is good because work is 50 miles away. White with black Audi rims and black Audi badge...it was meant for this Stormtrooper to have.
