I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

I purchased Audi A4 2020 without Vehicle Identification Code and the MMI does not fully work without it. I contacted 2 dealerships and non of them was able to help. I was told that they no longer can order new Vehicle IDs from AUDI. I also emailed AUDI in Germany on Nov 21 2022 and got only autoreply so far. Maybe Audi VW data breach has something to do with the VIDs. Audi and Volkswagen customer data is being sold on a hacking forum after allegedly being stolen from Audi America. Well, since US Audi dealers are clueless and Audi customer support in Germany does not care I am driving without fully functioning MMI for more then a month now. In addition, if you planning to buy used Audi get OBD scanner and check the vehicle before making offer. My came with 19 faulty codes and the car has only 16K miles on it. And, no, there was no check engine light indicating any faults.

Audi has had major reliability issues with the computer module for this vehicle. They now estimate am MINIMUM of 20 weeks to get a replacement part.
