This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

Terrible Customer Service from Mercedes

Excited to buy new vehicle but broke down before 300 miles. No support from Mercedes corporate; dealers were great. Customer Advocacy personnel do nothing but rub salt in the wound. Feeling abandoned.
