POSITIVES: - Exterior and interior maintained beautifully - Everything works; quiet and smooth operation - New battery 2025 - Power brake cylinder replaced 5k and 3 years, ago - New front disc brakes and new Michelin tires installed 25k and 10 years, ago. - New alternator drive belt, dealer-provided spark plugs, replaced ~30k and 12 years, ago NEGATIVES: - The engine temperature overheats when climbing hills on warm days. Can mitigate by operating a/c to activate both electric fans. - Light oil is dripping under engine - Due for first timing belt replacement - Only accident was parking lot, low speed collision 18 years ago. Only impacted drivers door, and was repaired perfectly.

STILL DRIVING MY 1996 Camry V6 LE and it's April, 2025. I am in love with this engine! Also love the visibility and comfort of the ride. While the exterior shows its age, the interior is like new. I have 133,000 miles on it. My question is, because it does not have all the safety features of today, including more than 2 air bags--one for driver and one for front passenger--is it still OK to drive and feel safe?

This car is something else. Mine has 246,000 miles on it and runs like a champ. Of course there’s been front end work and tune ups along the way but man this car has pushed itself to the limit and does not die. Speakers are stock till this day and they sound amazing. Amazing car and well worth the price

It's the best car I've owned in over 10 years. I purchased the car 4 months ago with a "Bad Battery" for $600. I jumped it, drove it home and put the battery on charge for a few hours. Changed the oil while I was doing that and nothing has went wrong since. Car was parked for 9 years and all that was wrong was a dead battery?? Do that to any other car and it'll never run again. This car has shocked me to my core. I am a Toyota fan for life!!!
