I purchased a lemon(?)
I purchased a beautiful new E300 sedan (with extra features) in 2018. About one year ago a "Safety Restraint System Error" for the front passenger side message appeared. Imagine my surprise when I learned the seat belt system needed to be replaced on this still somewhat new vehicle - and especially since I rarely have passengers in that seat. The cost to replace is in excess of $2700. Not covered by manufacture warranty, nor by extended warranty. And just today - I go to let down the driver side window - and the down button breaks off! So the window is down and I can't let it back up! I'm so disappointed with this vehicle. The car also makes a creaking sound when I'm driving. I have about 49K miles.

Mercedes E 400 Convertible
This car has so many safety features it’s a comfortable ride with a stylish look and gets lots of looks. I’m thrilled with it. The ambient lighting is so cool. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who wants to be safe. Cynthia H

MB 2018 E300 blown engine and no help from MB!
I have a 2018 Mercedes E300 4 cylinder engine. The engine is now blown with 53,995 miles on it. Told I was 3,995 miles over my warranty so its now $14,000 for a new engine! Car has been serviced as it should and in perfect condition. Absolutely no reason this should happen! Don't buy a Mercedes as they don't care when you have a deflective car! Worst customer service I have ever experienced and it was at Mercedes of Plano!
