I would not recommend purchasing this car as it has proven to be unreliable. I have had to bring it to the dealership multiple times for various problems, most of which are related to electrical issues such as the seat heat element, rear camera, sunroof, trunk problem, headlight, and high beam assist. Additionally, the interior materials are of poor quality compared to the car's price point. Mercedes-Benz even had to replace my front seat at only 40 miles due to excessive wear. I suggest purchasing a full warranty and a second car as a backup, as you will likely need them when bringing the car in for repairs. The customer service experience related to the warranty has also been poor. Overall, I do not recommend this car and I worry that if Mercedes-Benz fails to improve its reliability, their electric cars may experience similar issues or worse.

Been driving it for 3 years already. Great everyday car, I must admit. Unstated exterior styling versus the power train under the hood. Surprisingly, very good FC for despite the power. Mostly City driving averaging around 9km/l. Managed 13km/l on highway. Experienced a few issues with whining sound coming from engine that remained unresolved. Dealer changed front and rear axle, 2 drive rods, pneumatic suspension pump, wire harness and 48 Volt generator under warranty. These are certainly costly major parts. So, in terms of reliability, I would still rate it as 3, as no breakdown encountered till now.

If you get 20” wheels and live in Northeast, you’ll make the service rich as it’s easy to get flat tires and bent wheels. Ps. There’s no spare tire in the trunk!
