Im selling my F150 due to the fact I just bought a new one. This has been a great truck for the past 15 years and was my primary driver in Texas. I bought the truck in 2010 from the original owner that I knew. One reason I bought it was because all the maintenence was done. I wanted a used truck that was not someone's work truck. It had 105k when I bought it. Throughout the years I commuted to work 5 days a week, 60 miles a day. Weekends were spent driving to other cities for daughter's soccer games. I stopped using the truck in late 2020 when I had it shipped to Alameda by carrier. In the past 4 + years I have put 300 miles on it. The STX has the 4.6 V8. More reliable than the 5.4 and no broken spark plugs issues like the 5.4. The major work done to the truck was in 2014 when the transmission cooler hose failed and I lost overdrive when the ATF leaked out. I had the transmission replaced by AAMCO in Austin Texas. They also added an oversized transmission oil cooler and new coolant lines. In 2010 - I installed a procomp 6" lift kit and new tires and wheels and leather interior. In 2014 - I installed a galvanized dual exhaust and muffler, I had Midas add the exhaust tips and hangers. New spryed in befliner. New train horn. In 2020 - I installed motoecraft coil packs, plug wires, motorcraft spark plugs, S&B cold air intake, California smog approved. New inner and outer tie rods, new ball joints, new front calipers and rotors, new front pro comp prorunner struts, new lower control arms, new upper control arms, new front stabilizer bushings new front sway bar bushings. New Radiator hoses, new rear rotors, new rear procomp prorunner shocks, new LED interior lights and enterior front and rear. AVS wind reflectors x 4. Window tint. 2024 - new battery, bully locking fuel door, near rear door cable ends on both rear doors. 2025 - new Alternator, new F150 badges. Interior: Leather Seats, LED lighting, All components function, gauges, A/C, heat, exterior lights, radio,signals, brake lights, tint. Exterior: Ranch Hand grill guard, headache rack and side bars. 35"x12.5"x18" tires with less than 1500 miles, 18" XD Addict series wheels. New headlight housings, spray in bedliner, LED lights, wind deflectors. Maintenance: This Truck has used Castrol full synthetic 5w30. Oil has a lifespan of 10k miles. This oil has been changed every 3k with new filter everytime. It's the reason this truck has 164 - 166psi per cylinder done at 235k and will be a 450 - 500k truck if maintamined as it has been. ATF, rear end fluid, brake fluid and radiator coolant changed every 50k.

I had to replace my engine in my 2006 ford f150 I had it checked by 3 different shops and they all told me that I need to change engine it was the timing chain and spark plugs so I got the shop to order a engine from ford I would never tell anyone to buy a ford I would tell them not to buy a ford I have heard a lot of people having the same problem with their engine as I was having it cost me around 5000 to get it fixed

It rides very smoothlyan has a ac and radio. With over 200knmiles it rides very good definitely would recommend for a very affordable truck and great for transport

Biggest piece of xxxx I have ever owned! I have owned 50+ vehicles and never had near the problems this waste of space had given me in 6 months of owning it! It has left me stranded for 3 days at a gas station because although the starter tested find it was in fact faulty and for something that is certain to have to be replaced before 150k miles it is the most impossible part to remove. Adjusting the camber on the front wheels is a complete joke. Don't waste your $115 on the camber adjustment kit, what a joke! The only thing it does for this xxx' known driver side camber issue is pulls the whole xxxx wheel in. I'm turn forcing it to dog track! So just get use to eating through tires. Which leads me to the next best part about this truck. Because the camber or alignment is always off forcing continuous strain on the whole drivetrain, all nuts and bolts, especially lug nuts become seized from the excessive amounts of heat! Even after putting any seize on them it still left me stranded on the side of the road for 2 days. Broke 3 1/2" breaker bars, 2 1/2" impacts and 8 or 9 impact sockets. Finally I got a sledge hammer and took out some of my frustrations on them and broke them free. I will NEVER EVER waste anything on another Ford again. That company is a complete disgrace to Henry ford's legacy.
