1992 volvo 240 simply the best!
I bought it in 1996 and 65000km on the clock. The engine is B200F and M47 the shift. Nivomat sunspension, ABS, LSD, LPG, cruise control, leather interiors, power mirror, power Windows...it still my daily car and i drive it 15000km every year without problem. Very comfortable, we are 4 people in family, the speed limit here in Italy are: 50km/h in urban place, 70/90 km/h in freeway and 110/130km/h on highway...so my Volvo could reach (and pass) every speed limit. The gas here is expensive but with LPG you could spend at least a half ; 2021 1liter gas 98 = 1,60€ 2021 1 literLPG= 0,65€ And i cover 10km pro liter...

Reliable, economical, safe and versatile
I’ve owned my 1993 245 estate for 20 years. It just keeps going with regular inexpensive maintenance. You can maintain yourself too as it is straightforward. It is particularly good for a holiday or road trip because it’s has heaps of room and due to its long wheelbase and solid build is very comfortable. It never goes out of tune cos it has fuel injection. The retro style gets lots of positive interest and people asking if I want to sell it. Values of these are now rising.

Classy
Volvos are a great autos. I have been driving them for 56 years with four different models. They have served my purposes in the Colorado mountains and always seem to get me through. Now I own the classiest model they ever made - 1993 Volvo 240 Wagon - Classic.
