Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles.
Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

Another great car built with not much sense behind
This particular van was bought because it has the best safety ratings of all minivans (IIHS), great comfort and reputation. Things that do not make sense: Has high beam light which can hardly be used, but no fog lights which can be used all the time. Had power diver seat but no memory. Has touch screen radio but no physical preset buttons, dangerous to operate while driving. Convenience package has power sliding doors, but no power hatch. Seats supposedly have protective coating, even just simple rain water drops leave stains behind. Van is driven mostly long distance (single trips with over 200 miles each way). Van is extremely comfortable. Extremely easy to get in and out the front. Feels heavy and safe. Fuel mileage is absolutely acceptable, and depends on speed. No problem getting 27 MPG when going 68 MPH, going 73 mph gets hardly over 25 MPG. No problem. Would buy it again.

unbelievable and upset owner.
We just bought our kia Sedona used at 75,000 miles on it, and technically speaking we have only had the vehicle in our possession for at least 7 day because the sliding doors would not open and close except manually, and the one on driver's side shut and wouldn't open period after it was shut manually, the passenger chair motor went out so it was stuck in an awkward position, the middle seat in the middle of vehicle would not lock. on top of it all they had to send van to body shop to even get sliding door open. expecting us to pay for chairs and saying they worked it under recall for door but then to find out the motor for that door is now burnt out, and yes we barely owned this van, barely took off lot and had to bring back to show that the sets weren't working and the door wouldn't open period. and now the windshield washer fluid line has some kind of leak as well. and we still don't have it back after5 days in shop end dealership service. do not know what's going to happen next. I am not a happy camper.
