The 2021 Lexus NX300H was our first ‘luxury’ car purchase. It is very comfortable but the info-tainment system is poorly designed and pathetically UNFRIENDLY and difficult to use! The gas mileage is so-so and could/should be so much better for a hybrid. Averaging 30 mph city/highway combined is not my idea of an efficient vehicle. I would not recommend purchading this vehicle as there are so many other choices that provide better comfort, an easier to use info-tainment system, and better gas mileage for less money!

I have the 2021 nx300 hybrid fsport series. I bought it used with 7k miles on it. While this is a fun car to drive it has zero power. We laugh and say “everyone lean forward” when starting off or when going uphill. Also it makes an obnoxiously loud sound when in reverse. The lexus dealer said this is normal so that pedestrians can hear it when its backing out. But it doesn't do it when pulling forward out of a parking spot so why is that different for a pedestrian. All the noises of the hybrid system of this lexus are weird. I personally would choose the non hybrid option. I actually named her Blue bc she sounds like some of the noises the velociraptor from jurassic park makes. The 30mpg is the only saving grace of this hybrid and why i havent traded it in yet after only having it for 3 months

The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.
