This is Mike Levine from pickup trucks.com and we're in Indianapolis for the 2011 Work Truck Show.
At the Work Truck Show commercial buyers from all around the country come to find out the latest products that are available to make their businesses more productive. Let's take a closer look at some of the coolest accessories we found this year show. If you have a pickup truck and you need to move 2000 pounds into the bed, then maybe you need a Western Mule Fold Away Crane. It retails for 3798. Hooking up a conventional trailer, especially by yourself, can be a lengthy process for that last couple of inches, but this hitch from TeleSwivel, makes it easy. It moves from side to side. So that last couple of inches, you can move the hitch to where the truck is. And once you're hooked up, just push back with a truck and it latches into place. Which works for the normal conventional trailer, all the way up to trailers, weighing 80,000 pounds. Looking for more ways to organize and store your stuff inside your full sized truck. We'll check out from Truck Office, this in-cab solution for Ford Chevy and GMC pickups. It's got storage everywhere. On top their deep bins, it store files folders. On the sides, there's pullout drawers. And if you need extra power, a 1,000 watt power inverter can also be added. We've seen vehicle tracking systems from companies like Ford, that'll tell you where the trucks are in your fleet, but what we haven't seen is a way to monitor what your drivers are doing. Roscoe's developed what it calls the Dual Vision Safety System. It places a video camera on the eight pillar and records, what the driver's doing at all times. If the driver's being observed, there's less chance they're going to do something that could get them into trouble. Do you need extra hauling capacity for your business, but you don't feel like buying a brand new truck. Think about what Super Springs offers. These bolts on lease Springs, will give you extra hauling capacity over the rear axle. This bottom one, for a Ford transit connect, will give you an extra 800 pounds of hauling. And for Ford F 350, these two leafs on top, give you an extra 4,400 pounds of hauling.
