The Regal Sportback starts at $25,915, including a $925 destination charge, which is $2,075 less than the base price of the outgoing 2017 Regal sedan. The front-wheel-drive 2018 Regal Sportback has a standard 250-horsepower, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and a nine-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel-drive versions use an eight-speed automatic.

The all-wheel-drive-only Regal TourX starts at $29,995, including destination. It will initially be offered in higher, more expensive trim levels when it hits dealerships later this year, according to Buick; base versions won’t be available until February 2018. Like the Sportback, it’s powered by a 250-hp turbo four-cylinder.

The performance-oriented Regal GS starts at $39,990, including destination, which is $2,525 more than the outgoing 2017 Regal GS with all-wheel drive. Apart from being all-new, the 2018 Regal GS now uses a 310-hp, 3.6-liter V-6 instead of last year’s 259-hp turbo four-cylinder.
