The verdict: Lexus’ NX compact SUV slots between the RX and the UX in the automaker’s lineup and comes in gas-powered NX 300 and hybrid-powered NX 300h forms. We child-safety-tested the non-hybrid version in performance-flavored F Sport trim and found the Latch anchors easy to find and use, but we had some trouble with one of the top tether anchors — the use of which is required when installing forward-facing car seats.
Does it fit three car seats? No.
