For those just tuning in, today is the third consecutive day Mercedes-Benz has teased us with a new, but tiny, peek at the forthcoming EQ mystery model set to make its world debut in Stockholm on Sept. 4. We got a snapshot earlier this week of the front of the EQ and a short video yesterday of the rear of the vehicle. The latest video is another 14-second tease of the car’s interior, notably the steering wheel and dashboard.
The cabin shot is not very revealing, but there are a few notable details. Mercedes will use its side-by-side screen dashboard setup, which places the instrument panel screen and the multimedia screen side-by-side to make them appear as one seamless display across the top of the dashboard. There’s also heavy use of blue accent lighting, which matches the EQ logo on the outside.
We’re not sure what the next preview will bring, but perhaps it could help shed some light on the new model’s body style (I’m still not entirely sure if it’s an SUV or a passenger car), or maybe powertrain details.
Well, until next time — which we can only assume will be tomorrow morning.
