2018 models of the Frontier, Titan half ton and Titan XD will all be available as Midnight Editions, though not on top of the off-road-styled Pro-4X package. The Frontier Midnight Edition begins its life as a crew-cab Frontier SV in either 4×2 or 4×4 configurations, while the Titan and Titan XD can be either SV or SL crew-cab models — the former in either 4×2 or 4×4 versions and the Titan XD as a 4×4 only. The Titan XD Midnight Edition will also only be available with its 5.0-liter V-8 Cummins diesel engine.
Special badging and darkened trim pieces combine with black door handles and side mirrors, body-colored bumpers and a unique interior to create the Midnight Edition look. All three trucks will be available in Magnetic Black or Gun Metallic paint colors, with the Frontier also available in Glacier White and both Titans available in Pearl White.
